VITEEE Time Management Tips
VITEEE constitutes objective type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Aptitude. The number of questions for the respective sections in the exam will be 40 questions from Maths or Biology, 35 Questions from Physics, 35 Questions from Chemistry, 10 Questions from Aptitude and 5 Questions from English.

Scoring Topics
VITEEE is not a tricky examination. You won’t find it difficult than JEE Main. Generally, questions from physics and organic chemistry are quite straight forward and you need not waste a lot of time with them. The only part of VITEEE that’s tricky is Geometry and Physical Chemistry. You might have to spend more than average time on questions from these topics. I would suggest you start with the subject you feel confident in (for me, it was Physics) and then go ahead with less confident topics. The only time management advice I would suggest is to try and complete the chemistry section under 25 minutes. This will give you enough time for Mathematics and Physics.
VITEEE Revision Plan
As I mentioned earlier, you need not prepare anything extra for VITEEE if you have already attempted JEE Main or have gone through the concepts of 12th Board. If you still want to make extra efforts for the exam, I would suggest you go through the important point to remember from NCERT books and practice a couple of dozen numerical related to Motion Dynamics. For Mathematics, there not much that you can do in the revision phase. You can go through the formulae of Geometry which might help you save a few seconds while attempting questions.
VITEEE & Class 12 Preparation
Honestly, it’s tough to keep the focus on Class 12 Boards as well as on the entrance exams but maintaining a balance is the key. You need to make sure you are well-prepared for the 12th Boards and what I felt from my personal experience is that most of the entrance examinations are based on the Boards exams.
VITEEE Last-Week Tips
Do not panic. VITEEE is not an exam which will make you bite your nails. You just need to brush up the basics of each subject. Go through the NCERT and previous year papers of VITEEE which will help you understand the structure of the question set. You should also look out for topics which have major objective topics such as Organic Chemistry. There will be a major chunk of questions from topics where answers can be derived by just giving it a glance.

The rank needed for admission at VIT Bhopal would depend on the category and chosen branch.
For the General AI category, the round 1 cutoff ranged from 50000 to 100000. Hence, the highest rank acceptable was 100000. Please know that other categories, rounds, etc., will have different cutoffs.
