SRMJEEE Syllabus
The syllabus of this exam is the same as the other competitive exams. English, Mathematics/Biology, Chemistry and Physics are the subjects on which the questions are going to appear in this exam.
SRMJEEE Study Material
- Physics: NCERT books of Class 11 and 12 are the ones that you should take in order the practice some good questions. For concepts, you can refer to H C Verma.
- Chemistry: NCERT of Class 11 and 12 are the main books for the preparation of Chemistry because this book does contain the concepts as well as questions for practice. You can also refer to O P Tandon for Organic Chemistry.
- Mathematics: You can use NCERT books for the preparation because these contain some good questions for your practice. For Calculus, you can use I A Maron.
SRMJEEE Previous Years’ Question Papers

SRMJEEE Study Plan
Study plan is similar to that of the other Engineering entrance exams. You have to study Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology to get the concepts of each subject. The main thing you should have in your mind that practice a lot to questions and questions paper. This will increase your chances to get the admission in SRM. I am not saying that you have to spend half a day in studies for the preparation of this exam, but you should get all the concepts for each topic in every subject.
SRMJEEE Revision
Your revision should be straight and clear to you that on which day you have to clear up or sum up these topics of a subject. According to me, the best plan for revision is to revise your handmade notes because these are the best study material for you at the last month of the exam.

To apply for SRMJEEE PG, candidates need to meet the minimum qualifying criteria which includes academic criteria and minimum qualifying criteria, which are as follows -
- BTech/B.E in the relevant discipline
- Minimum qualifying mark of 50%

No, candidates cannot change their SRMJEEE M.Tech exam date once allotted. Students will have to appear for the exam on the date they have applied for.

The difficulty level of Physics section in SRMJEEE is similar to class 11 and 12 exam. Students can score good marks in SRMJEEE by studying trough NCERT class 11 and 12 books of Physics.

As per the details available in the information brochure, SRMJEEE 2026 will have a total 130 questions, 35 each from Physics and Chemistry, 40 from Mathematics and 20 from English & Aptitude.

The application fees of SRM for international applicants is USD 50 $. It must be noted that NR or PIO card holder need not appear in SRMJEEE. They just need to fill the application form and the selection will be based in qualifying exam scores.

No, it is not mandatory to appear in all three phases of SRMJEEE. Candidates can appear in any one, two or all three phases, depending on their choice. If candidates appear in more than one phase, the best of all attempted score will be considered for admission.
