The candidates with JEE Main score within 90-98 percentile or rank within 3500 to 30000 may have a chance to get admission to NITs. However, for Top NITs, competition is tougher as students are required to have a rank under 25000. The above analysis is based on the previous year trends. Hello Meet, According to your percentile, Your approximately rank is 66,000. So you will end up scoring 66k rank or somewhere around that. If you have home state quota, then you will definitely get an NIT. But I suggest you to wait for official result. But you will definitely get lower NIT.

Dear candidate, At 71 percentile your JEE Main rank will be around 250000-300000. You can't give JEE Advanced and you can't get admission in NIT/GFTIs at this rank. You should apply in State Engineering Colleges or try to get admission in private colleges like: Amity University.
