The authorities will release HPCET result online. Candidates will be able to check their obtained scores and ranks through the HPCET result. The given steps can be followed to check the result of HPCET. No other mode will be used to release the HPCET result.

HPCET result will be released online. To download result, candidates have to log in with User ID and password. Candidates cannot check their result in any other mode. Result has to be downloaded and printed out.

Yes, the authorities do prepare tie-breaking rules in case two or more candidates secure the same marks in HPCET or the qualifying exam. In such situations, firstly, the candidates who have a higher HPCET score in Physics will be ranked higher, followed by Chemistry. In case the tie still remains, then the qualifying examination marks will be taken into consideration for allotment of ranks. Finally, if the tie does not break, then the candidates who are older in age will be allotted the higher rank.

The authorities will not accept requests for review of the candidates obtained HPCET score. Since the HPCET result will be prepared carefully by the authorities after checking the final answer key, the decision will be considered final and absolute. Therefore, the candidates are advised to carefully raise their objections against the provisional HPCET answer key, since it will checked before the final key is prepared. During the HPCET counselling session, the candidates will have to pay the required fee. However, HPCET qualified do not need to pay the counselling fee. Only those candidates who do not have a valid HPCET 2024 score will be required to make the payment to participate in the counselling and admission process. General/Economically Weaker Section/OBC category will have to pay INR 1,600 and reserved category i.e, SC/ST/BPL/IRDP category candidates will have to pay INR 800 online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.

During HPCET counselling, candidates will have to fill their choice of courses and colleges online. It is to be noted that choices should be submitted in order of preference. Candidates should be careful while making their choices since it will considered by authorities during HPCET seat allotment. Allotment of seats will be done based on candidate's rank and preferences.

HPCET result will be valid for one year. Candidates will have to apply for counselling and admission in same academic year as they have qualified HPCET. If candidates apply for next year's counselling, then it will not be considered valid.
