KCET BSc, BFSc, BHSc Counselling 2024 Seat Allotment: Check Dates, Fees & Procedure

KEA is conducting the KCET 2025 counselling online. Candidates can check the steps below -

KCET Registration and Document Verification  

Candidates must arrive at the KCET counselling venue with the required documents. Applicants must carry the compulsory documents in their originals along with two sets of photocopies. The authority concerned will check all the documents. If all the documents are found correct, then the candidate will get a slip, which will have a unique ID and password.

KCET Choice Filling & Locking 2025  

After KCET document verification, the candidates will have to log in to their account using a unique id and password. After that, candidates will have to fill out their preference of college and course. A candidate shall be able to check the course-wise, category-wise and college-wise seat matrix at the time of choice filling. Candidates are advised to select their preferences carefully. However, a candidate can modify, add or delete the choices in every round of KCET 2025 counselling. The KCET 2025 option entry link is now available on the website to exercise options.

KCET Seat Allotment 2025 

The seat allotment result of KCET 2025 will be released at the official website. Candidates have to log in to their accounts in order to download the KCET seat allotment letter. Reporting to the Allotted College  

In order to confirm admission, candidates need to report to the allotted college on the mentioned date and time. Candidates are advised to carry the other required documents along with the KCET counselling allotment letter to the college for the purpose of verification.

Karnataka Examinations Authority releases the KCET 2025 cutoff after the conclusion of the counselling process. The cutoff of KCET 2025 is released separately for all the rounds. Applicants are advised to refer to the KCET previous year cutoff before appearing in the counselling process.

KEA will commence the KCET 2025 counselling at the official website. The following documents are required at the time of KCET document verification 2025:  

• KCET application form 2025.   
• KCET admit card 2025.  
• KCET application fee payment proof.  
• Class 10/SSLC mark sheet & certificate.  
• Class 12/2nd PUC mark sheet & certificate.  
• 7 years study certificate countersigned by the concerned BEO/DDPI.  
• Recent passport-size photograph (two copies).  
• Income certificate.  
• Rural study certificate.  
• Caste certificate.  
• Kannada medium certificate (Candidates who have studied in Kannada Medium from Class 1 to 10 in Karnataka and also outside the state of Karnataka.  
• Parent’s study certificate/Parent’s Hometown certificate/Parent’s Domicile certificate/Parent’s Employment certificate/Parent’s Cumulative Record/Parent’s Marks Card, etc., for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats based on the domicile/study/employment of the parent.  
• Identity card issued by the Jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate/Rehabilitation Commissioner, for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats under Jammu & Kashmiri Migrants quota. 

• KCET counselling will be conducted online only.  
• In the first step of KCET 2025 counselling, candidates must report to the counselling centre and verify their documents.  
• After document verification, candidates will get the chance to fill out the college & course preferences.  
• KEA will exercise the KCET counselling seat allotment process considering the rank of the selected candidates, seat availability, college & course preferences, etc.

Karnataka Examinations Authority released the KCET 2025 result at the official website. The KCET result date was May 24. Applicants who appeared in the exam can check their Karnataka CET 2025 results through their registration number and the first four characters of their name. Candidates declared qualified will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. Applicants are advised to keep their KCET result rankcard 2025 safe until the conclusion of the admission process.
