SUAT MBA Counselling 2025 Seat Allotment: Check Dates, Fees & Procedure

During the SUAT counselling process, the candidates will be allotted as per their merit rank, preferences, performance in the personal interview and seat availability. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while submitting their order of preference for the BTech courses. A personal interview will also be schedule to assess the candidates. The performance of the candidates in the interview will also be considered for the SUAT seat allotment.

To participate in the personal interview, the candidates will have to complete the registration process for SUAT counselling. After all of the required details are submitted and the fee is paid, the candidates will have to select their choice of courses in the order of preference. The registered candidates will be informed about their personal interview schedule after they complete the counselling registration process.

After the SUAT seat allotment is announced, the candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date. To confirm the allotment, the candidates will have to report to the University, submit their documents and pay the required tuition fee. If the candidates are not able to confirm their allotment before the final date, then their admission will be cancelled. 

During the SUAT admission confirmation process, the candidates will have to submit their original documents at the University for verification. Along with the original, the candidates will also have to submit the photocopies of their documents. Along with the academic documents, the candidates will also have to submit their identity proof, registration fee payment receipt and three recent passport-size photographs. 

During the SUAT counselling, the candidates will have to pay the required fee to participate in the allotment process. The SUAT counselling fee is INR 1,200. The candidates will have to pay the counselling fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the authorities. If the candidates fail to pay the counselling fee, then they will not be considered eligible for the allotment process. 

SUAT 2025 seat allotment result date will be released soon. After course preferences are submitted and the personal interview is completed, the authorities will publish the SUAT seat allotment results. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's merit score, performance in the personal interview, and preferences. The allotted candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date.

Yes. SUAT counselling will be held online. All eligible candidates will have to register for the SUAT counselling process by filling out the required details, paying the fee and selecting their preferred course. A personal interview will also be conducted to select candidates for admission into the courses offered by the University. To be eligible for the SUAT counselling process, the candidates should have secured the minimum qualifying marks (35%).
