Students’ Speak: Build a learning environment

The fear of failure is a natural phenomenon. But if it starts overpowering our confidence and belief system then there is a need to beat our dread of disappointment.

We first need to understand that there are three phases during the voyage called exam: Approval, Acceptance and Adventure. It should be our objective to reach stage three (adventure) and stay there. 

The following are depictions of each stage, and what you'll have to do for continuous progress: 

Stage 1: Approval 

At this stage, understudies look for the endorsement of their folks and instructors. Understudies intend to do well in school basically to satisfy individuals. They're terrified of doing bad on the grounds that they stress over baffling their folks and instructors.

Set a standard for yourself of learning at least one new concept consistently or perusing one book a month. At this point when you do that stuff, the school will turn out to be fun and intriguing as well. The dread of disappointment is one of the things we battle with. It's a fight that starts at a youthful age, and it's one which can likely endure forever. So, we should always build a nurturing environment and invest some time to understand other’s behaviour by trying to overcome their fear of failure.
