The fear of failure is a natural phenomenon. But if it starts overpowering our confidence and belief system then there is a need to beat our dread of disappointment.
We first need to understand that there are three phases during the voyage called exam: Approval, Acceptance and Adventure. It should be our objective to reach stage three (adventure) and stay there.
The following are depictions of each stage, and what you'll have to do for continuous progress:
Stage 1: Approval
At this stage, understudies look for the endorsement of their folks and instructors. Understudies intend to do well in school basically to satisfy individuals. They're terrified of doing bad on the grounds that they stress over baffling their folks and instructors.

For an incredible majority as an understudy, I won’t be at Stage 1. I didn't perceive any significance in training, yet I delighted in winning scholastic honors and praises. I considered it hard just to embrace and wow others with my accomplishments.
I currently perceive how unfortunate this methodology toward instruction was. I made it from Stage 1 to Stage 2. I saw that I wasn't characterised by my evaluations and accomplishments. I won’t be an entire individual, so my job as an understudy was only one of the numerous jobs I had.
In case you're at Stage 1, wonder why you essentially gain the endorsement of others.
- Do you have instabilities you'd wish to manage?
- What's the thought clarification for those weaknesses?
- Do you have any unfortunate idea designs?
- Is it accurate to say that you are focused on changing those idea designs?
- Who are you prepared to get some information about these issues?
As author Anna Quindlen stated, "If your prosperity isn't alone terms, if it's great to the earth yet doesn't feel great in your heart, it isn't accomplishment inside the least."
At the point when you move from Stage 1 to Stage 2, you'll experience the opportunity of assuming full liability for your life, rather than attempting to satisfy others' desires.
Stage 2: Acceptance
Stage 2 is the place understudies start to effectively acknowledge themselves completely—their qualities, gifts, deficiencies and insufficiencies. They become more reason driven in their interests and aren't so focused on their exhibition. At present, gain ground toward conquering your dread of disappointment, pronounce to yourself day by day that despite the fact that your scholastics are significant, your character isn't bolstered what rate achievements you rack up.
At stage 2, it's significant that you basically encircle yourself with empowering individuals. Try not to spare a moment to ask your family and individuals on the very edge to help you. I’ll likewise urge you to build up your very own meaning of progress, and record it. Ask it day by day and ask yourself how you'll lead a lifetime of both achievement and importance.
Stage 3: Adventure
At the point when understudies start to decide instruction as an undertaking of revelation, they become naturally inspired. At Stage 3, understudies can see disappointment not as something to be dreaded rather as something to be grasped. They comprehend that disappointment is a fundamental area of achievement. You can always learn from your disappointments.
In an aggressive society, it's difficult to relapse from Stage 3 to Stage 2, or even Stage 1.
In this way, when you arrive at Stage 3, it turns out to be considered essential to encircle yourself with like-minded individuals. Stage 3 is tied in with turning into a deep-rooted student.
Set a standard for yourself of learning at least one new concept consistently or perusing one book a month. At this point when you do that stuff, the school will turn out to be fun and intriguing as well. The dread of disappointment is one of the things we battle with. It's a fight that starts at a youthful age, and it's one which can likely endure forever. Be that as it may, that doesn't mean we shouldn't furnish ourselves with the abilities and outlook important to take on a triumphant conflict.
So, we should always build a nurturing environment and invest some time to understand other’s behaviour by trying to overcome their fear of failure.
