Find out the root cause
First of all, we have to understand why we face this fear. From my personal experience, we face this fear because of all the negativity in our heads. We bother a lot about what our parents and friends are going to think about if we don’t clear our exams.
I can understand that these negative thoughts are very normal in this situation just before the JEE Main exam which is very precious for you and your career. But you are the only person who can overcome this fear by just removing these negative thoughts or by converting these thoughts into your motivation.
Mental focus and stability of your mind play a vital role in facing this fear. I am not saying that you should immediately start saying positive things like you are going to pass for sure because this may lead you to become overconfident and thus you may not give 100 percent in your preparation.
Results are not in your hands
So the best way to overcome this fear is that you need to tell yourself that the result is not in your hands, the only thing that you have in your hand is the preparation. You have complete control over your preparations. So you should give 100 percent in your preparation and leave the result on God or almighty. The more you think about your results, the more you get distracted from your preparations.
Stay passionate and focused on your studies because this is the only thing you have completed in your hands. Your preparation, hard work and efforts decide your result. Your fear just distracts you from your goal and thus make you panic at the time of your JEE Main exam.
So plan your day according to your studies and your preparation, planning will always increase your confidence and your focus. Stay focused on your studies and just remove those negative thoughts and stay calm.
