JEE Main 2026 Exam Pattern Highlights
According to the official JEE Main website, JEE Main Paper-I will be divided into three sections
- Part I-Physics
- Part II-Chemistry
- Part III-Mathematics
JEE Main Paper-I will comprise a total of 75 questions with each section carrying 20 objective-type questions and 5 Numerical Value Questions. Candidates will have to attempt all 75 questions. Each question will carry four marks. For every wrong answer, a one-fourth mark will be deducted. The exam will be held in 13 languages including English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages. JEE Main Paper 2 will comprise of Paper 2A (BArch) and Paper 2B (BPlanning). BArch will carry 77 questions while BPlanning will consist of 100 questions.
