BITSAT is a tricky examination and you need to be quite sure about the answers. The general opinion about the difficulty of BITSAT is it’s slightly tougher than JEE Mains.

LAST WEEKS TIPS AND TRICKS
BITSAT is an exam that will make you bite your nails but you will need to be patient before and during the examination. You need to go through the basics of each subject thoroughly. If you have time, go through the NCERT books to make sure concepts are at your tips and attempt a couple of previous year papers of BITSAT which will help you understand the structure of the question set. You should also look out for topics which have major objective topics like Organic Chemistry. There will be a major chunk of questions from topics where answers can be determined by just giving the question, a glance.
TIPS ON TIME MANAGEMENT
BITSAT constitutes 150 objective type MCQs from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Logical Reasoning. The number of questions for the respective sections in the exam will be, 45 Questions from Maths or Biology, 40 Questions from Physics, 40 Questions from Chemistry, 10 Questions from Logical Reasoning and 15 Questions from English.
SCORING TOPICS
BITSAT is a tricky examination and you need to be quite sure about the answers. The general opinion about the difficulty of BITSAT is it’s slightly tougher than JEE Mains. You might have to spend more than average time on questions from Geometry, Physical Chemistry and Motion Dynamics. I would suggest you start with the subject you feel confident in (for me, it was Physics) and then go ahead with less confident topics. The only time management advice I would suggest is to try and complete the chemistry section under 30 minutes and English and Logical Reasoning section under 20 minutes. This will give you enough time for Mathematics and Physics.
REVISION PLAN
As I mentioned earlier, you should go through the NCERT books and brush up the concepts. If you want to make extra efforts for this exam, I would suggest you go through the important point to ponder from NCERT books and practice numerical related to Motion Dynamics. For Mathematics, you can go through the concepts of Geometry, Trigonometry and Probability. You should go through the formulae of Geometry which might help you save a few seconds while attempting questions.
MANAGING 12th AND ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS
Honestly, it’s tough to keep the focus on 12th Boards as well as on the entrance exams but maintaining a balance is the key. You need to make sure you are well prepared for the 12th Boards and what I felt from my personal experience is that most of the entrance examinations are based on 12th Boards.
All the best for your examinations and stay motivated and hydrated!
