SRMJEEE is an engineering entrance exam organized by SRM University to offer admission to various engineering programs.
Students should make the right plan and follow a rigorous process of preparing for exams. The general process of study should be done in such a way that it covers all topics that come to the test. Students should make the most of their time to make sure there is no damage.

Students while preparing various topics should understand and clarify their doubts. They should prepare brief and relevant notes from the beginning of the exam preparation. Important points should be documented for the candidates to review before the entrance exam begins.
Candidates must settle for a sample or previous year's sample to be aware of the difficulty level of the exam. The candidate should always attempt mock tests to know their level of preparation. Also, a mock test will help students improve their accuracy and speed.
- SRMJEEE 2020 exam will be organized in online mode.
- There will be MCQs and the time allotted to complete the exam will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
- The B.Tech questionnaire will cover questions in the topics of Physics, Chemistry, Aptitude, English and Biology / Mathematics.
- Entrance examination for the B.Tech program will be 315 marks and the MTT program will be 300 marks.
The SRMJEEE 2020 syllabus for the B.Tech program contains topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology courses. Some of the topics in each lesson are:
- Physics: Units and Measurements, Ray and wave Optics, Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, Gravitation, Mechanics of Fluids and Solids, Atomic Physics and Relativity, Oscillations and Wave Motion, Matter and Nuclear Phonics, Heat and Thermodynamics, Electronics and Communication
- Chemistry: Chemical families - Time structures, Atomic structure, Chemical bonding, molecular structure and properties of S&P block, States of Matter, Chemical thermodynamics, chemical equations, solutions, Electrochemistry, Hydrocarbons, Organic Complements Containing Oxygen, Polymers, Other Basic Principles of Organic Chemistry, etc.
- Mathematics: Complex numbers and quadratic equations, Composite and integral equations for initial order, Analytical geometry, matrices, definitions and their operations, Algebra, Combinatorics, Mathematics and probability, Vector algebra
- Biology: Biology of genetic and genetic sciences, plant biology, human biology, modern genetics and animal technology, physiology, angiosperm tourism, Microbiology, applied biology, natural sciences, the science of Biotechnology, Illunology.

SRMJEEE 2026 registration is currently open for all three phases. Interested candidates can apply for the exam by filling online application form. The last date to apply is April 16 for phase 1, June 4 for phase 2 and 30 June for phase 3.

The question paper of SRMJEEE 2026 will have 35 questions from Physics and Chemistry each, 40 from Maths and 20 from English & Aptitude. The exam will be conducted online as home-based remoted proctored test.

Yes, SRMJEEE is easier than JEE Mains. The difficulty level of SRMJEEE is similar to class 11 and 12 board exams or a little tough than boards but is definitely lower than JEE.
