Overview

Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education has released AP ICET hall ticket 2026 at cets.apcshe.ap.gov.in. Only registered candidates can download the admit card online by entering the login details. Andhra University will conduct  APICET 2026 exam on May 02, 2026, in two shifts. The exam will be administered across 25 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates seeking admission to the MBA/MCA program of colleges in Andhra Pradesh must appear for exam. What is AP ICET?

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test is a state-level MBA and MCA entrance examination conducted for admission to colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. AP ICET is expected to be conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. AP ICET is conducted in two slots. According to APSCHE, as many as 35,000 (approx.) candidates appear for the exam. Around 33,000 (approx.) candidates qualify for the exam. The computer-based test (CBT) is conducted in 25 districts across Andhra Pradesh. The scores of AP ICET is accepted by over 290 colleges across Andhra Pradesh.

Q:   Will I receive the physical copy of APICET score?

Candidates will not be issued any physical copy of the APICET 2026 socrecard. On declaration of APICET results, candidates must login at the official website of Andhra Pradesh ICET- (cets. Apsche. Andhra Pradesh. Gov. In) to download and take the print of the Andhra Pradesh ICET scorecard immediately. Candidates must ensure to check the details mentioned on the scorecard. The following details that will be mentioned on the Andhra Pradesh ICET results:

  • for every correct answer, the candidate will get one mark.
  • there will be no negative marking for any wrong answer or not attempted questions. 

As per the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam pattern, the question paper will consist of 200 MCQs, of one mark each. There will be no sectional time limit. Candidates can start answering from any section they are comfortable with. The Andhra Pradesh ICET exam is conducted for a duration of 150 minutes.

Q:   Is there any fee for Andhra Pradesh ICET form correction?
A: 

No, there is no correction fee for Andhra Pradesh ICET exam. Candidates can edit the Andhra Pradesh ICET application form free of cost. Candidates can edit the Andhra Pradesh ICET 2026 application form only in the window provided. Andhra Pradesh ICET form correction window is now open. No request for changing the particulars in the application form will be entertained once the window is closed.

Q:   How can I calculate score using APICET answer key?
A: 

On release of APICET answer key candidates can calculate their probable score before the release of results. Once the answer key is released, candidates must download their response sheet and answer key and know the marking scheme. As per the APICET marking scheme candidates will get one mark for every correct answer. There will be no negative marking for any incorrect answer or unanswered question. Candidates must now mark their response as per the marking scheme and calculate score. Final scores will be released on the basis of the objections received.

Q:   How can I apply for Andhra Pradesh ICET result re-evaluation?
A: 

APICET 2026 results will be announced in online mode. Only candidates who will appear for the exam can download their scorecard online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. For re-evaluation of the Andhra Pradesh ICET result, or to report any kind of discrepancy, candidates must contact the officials. For re-evaluation of the result, candidates must submit an application form and pay INR 1,000 for the process. Q:   Can one apply for the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam after the application deadline ends?
A: 

Yes, candidates willing to appear for APICET will be able to apply for Andhra Pradesh ICET exam even when the registration deadline ends. However, in that case, the applicant will have to pay a late fee along with the AP ICET application fee amount (INR 750/- for OC & INR 700/- for BC and INR 650/- for SC/ST Candidates). The last day to apply for AP ICET 2026 without late fee of INR 10000 was April 05, 2026. Candidates registering after the last date without late fee will have to pay the late application fee of INR 1000, INR 2000, INR 4000 and INR 10000 as per the schedule. However, once the application deadline with a late fee ends, they will not have any further chance to apply for APICET.

1. The Communication Ability section is usually easy to attempt with a 70-marks weightage. 

2. The Analytical Ability section is also Moderate in difficulty, with a total score weightage of 75 marks.

3. In comparison to other exams, the Mathematical Ability section includes formula based questions, hence the difficulty level of this section is easy to moderate if the candidate is prepared properly. The weightage of this section sis 55 marks.

Q:   Can I change my exam centre after the APICET admit card is issued?
A: 

No, request for change in the APICET exam centre 2026 will be enteratined once the centre is alloted. Once the APICET admit card 2026 is issued, no request for change of test centre will be accepted by the examination authority. The candidates will have to take the APICET exam at the given exam centre only. Therefore, candidates are advised to select test city preference in the APICET 2026 registration form carefully. Candidates must select the exam city with permanment address or are likely to be on the exam day, as the first preference.
