IBSAT Result 2026 @ibsindia.org: How to Download IBSAT Scorecard & Rank List

The steps to download IBSAT scorecard are:

1.  Visit the official website of ICFAI Business School
2. Click on the tab 'IBSAT results' in the notification bar
3.  New window will open for IBSAT results
4.  Enter your login credentials- which are, application number, and password
5.  Click on the 'Login' button to get your result
6.  Download and take a printout of IBSAT scorecard

The IBSAT score is accepted at the ICFAI Business School in Hyderabad and its other eight campuses. The colleges accepting the IBSAT score are as follows: 1. ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad: This is the main campus and is ranked 6th by The Times. The fee is Rs. 16.02 Lacs. 2. ICFAI Business School, Ahmedabad: This campus features in the top 25 management colleges in Gujarat, and the fee is Rs. 9.09 Lacs. 3. ICFAI Business School, Dehradun: This campus features in the Business Today rankings. The course fee is Rs. 6.03 Lacs. IBSAT 2025 results will be announced in last week of December 2025. Candidates who will qualify the IBSAT exam or have qualified the CAT (2023 onwards), XAT (2023 onwards), NMAT by GMAC (2023 onwards) or any other national level or state-level entrance examination will have to appear for the following rounds:

1. Selection Briefing: In this stae authorities introduces candidates to programs and IBS admission process. Candidates must appear for the IBSAT selection briefing round as per given time and date.
2. Micro Presentation
3. Personal Interview: Those who will successfully clear the Micro Presentation round are called for PI round. This PI round judges candidate's communications skills, confidence, business aptitude and general attitude. Candidates should remain cool and calm during this final round. 

The ICFAI Business School (IBS) releases the IBS Aptitude Test (IBSAT) scorecard online. On release of the IBSAT 2025 results, candidates must check for the following details mentioned on the scorecard:

• Name of the candidate

• Candidate’s Roll Number

• Registration/ Application Number

• IBSAT Total Marks

• IBSAT Score 2025

• Cutoff details

• Candidate’s Photograph

• Candidate’s Signature

IBSAT 2025 results will be announced tentatively in last week of December 2025. Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to download the scorecard online. Candidates must ensure to check the details mentioned on the IBSAT 2025 scorecard before taking the printout.

IBSAT 2026 scorecard will be released at general.ibsindia.org. Candidates who will appeare for the IBSAT exam, scheduled in last week of December, can check their results online. To download the IBSAT scorecard, candidates must enter their login credentials on the official website of ICFAI Business School. after loging in, screen will display the IBSAT scorecard. Candidates must note that no physical copy of the IBSAT 2026 scorecard will be issued to the candidates separately. Candidates must save and take the print of the IBSAT scorecard online only. 

Candidates who are shortlisted, must appear for the micro presentation/PI rounds on given date and time along with the required documents. Th final selection will be offered on the basis of the performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

 

IBSAT selection process comprises of two rounds:

1. Micro Presentation: In this round, candidate will have to present on a topic in brief. Candidates will be given three topics and choose any one topic from it. This is done to test the communication skill of candidates.  
2. Personal Interview (PI): Those who have successfully cleared the micro presentation round are called for PI round. This PI round judges your communications skills, confidence, business aptitude and general attitude. Candidates should remain cool and calm during this final round. 

Candidates who will qualify the IBSAT or any other national level entrance exam will have to appear for the IBS selection rounds which will be conducted in February/March 2025. 

To download IBSAT scorecard 2026, candidates are required to enter the following login details:

No, ICFAI Business School does not issue the physical copy of IBSAT scorecard, once the results are declared. To download IBSAT scorecard 2026, candidates must visit the official website and enter the login details to download scorecard.

IBSAT 2025 selection process result has been announced. Candidates can check their results by:

3. Screen will now display IBSAT login page

IBSAT 2026 selection rounds will be conducted from second week of February 2027 at IBS Hyderabad. Candidates will be shortlisted for the IBSAT selection rounds based on their IBSAT, CAT, XAT, GMAT scores.

The minimum required IBSAT cutoff scores for getting a GD/PI call scheduled at IBS Hyderabad is given below: 1. CAT & XAT 60 percentile and above 2. GMAT 500 + 3. NMAT by GMACTM 150+ The minimum cutoff score for INR 2 Lacs scholarship eligibility criteria is 1. CAT Top 75 candidates with a minimum score of 90 percentile and above 2. XAT Top 25 candidates with a minimum score of 80 percentile and above 3. GMAT TM Top 25 candidates with a minimum score of 550 and above 4. NMAT by GMAC TM Top 100 candidates with a minimum score of 225 and above. Candidates will be able to check the updates cutoff score on release of the IBSAT score. The IBSAT 2023 results are expected to be announced in last week of December 2023.
