IBSAT Result 2025 (Released) @ibsindia.org: How to Download IBSAT Scorecard & Rank List

IBSAT final merit list is prepared on considering the following parameters- Micro Presentation, Personal Interview and past academic records and weightage. Check below to know the criterias:

• Personal Interview: 25%
• Past academic record: 50%

Only candidates who will qualify the above criterias, will be offered final admission to MBA/PGDM programme of applied IBS campuses. IBSAT 2025 selection process result will be announced tentatively in April 2026.

IBSAT 2026 scorecard will be released at general.ibsindia.org. Candidates who will appeare for the IBSAT exam, scheduled in last week of December, can check their results online. No, it is not mandatory, as individuals meeting the institute's specified criteria are excused from taking the exam. Additionally, the subsequent candidates are also exempted from participating in the IBSAT exam:

CAT with a percentile of 60 and above
GMAT with a score of 500 and above
NMAT by GMAC with a score of 150 and above
XAT with a score of 60 and above

ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad releases the IBSAT cutoff along with the declaration of results. The minimum required IBSAT cutoff scores for getting a GD/PI call scheduled at IBS Hyderabad is given below: 1. CAT & XAT 60 percentile and above 2. GMAT 500 + 3. NMAT by GMACTM 150+ The minimum cutoff score for INR 2 Lacs scholarship eligibility criteria is 1. CAT Top 75 candidates with a minimum score of 90 percentile and above 2. No, IBSAT cutoffs are not announced along with result. The IBSAT cut off is released after the result is announced, and they vary for different campuses of IBS. 

However, candidates can check the previous year's IBSAT cutoff to get an idea of the likely cutoff for this year. The IBSAT cutoff for IBS Hyderabad in the previous year was 72-78.

Candidates must note that IBSAT cut off for different IBSAT campuses may vary. hence, candidates are advised to check the official notification.

The validity of IBSAT score is one year. This means that candidates who take IBSAT exam in 2026 will have to apply for admission to the ICFAI Business School (IBS) within current academic year of exam date. If a candidate does not apply for admission within one-year period, they will not be able to use their IBSAT score to get admission to the IBS campuses for MBA or PGPM program.

As per IBSAT exam pattern, the marking scheme for IBSAT is as follows:

1. One mark for each correct answer
2. No marks for wrong answers

No, students cannot apply for IBSAT 2025 scores re evaluation. IBSAT scorecard is calculated based on answers provided by test taker and once it is released, it cannot be changed.

If candidates feel that there is an error in the calculation of IBSAT scores, they can contact admissions team of IBS and request a review of their scores.
