NEET PG 2025 counselling: Round-3 registration is ongoing for seat allotment. Registration window was opened on January 15, 2026. MCC has allowed choice filling for round-3 counselling from January 16, 2026. Seat matrix for round-3 has already been announced. Seat matrix comprises total 292 new seats, 10, 101 clear vacancies and 18, 076 virtual vacancies. Deadline for NEET PG counselling 2025 round-3 registration and choice filling is January 26, 2026. Qualifying NEET PG 2025 is mandatory to participate in counselling.

Earlier, MCC released counselling dates and schedule after cutoff revision. Only those who are elligible as per revised NEET PG 2025 cutoff will be participating in counselling round-3. Cutoff was revised to negative score for SC/St category which led huge controversy. A petition has also been filed in Supreme Court against cutoff revision.
