Gujarat Technological University (GTU), is a state private university that was established in 2007 in Gandhinagar. It has a total of 486 affiliated institutes under its name operating in five areas that are Vallabh Vidyanagar, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Surat and Gandhinagar. It is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
The University offers UG, PG, PhD, diploma and certificate programmes in various fields such as Engineering, Arts, Science, Architecture, Pharmacy, Computer Application and more.
