Whenever you’re faced with something difficult, don’t take it seriously, learn from it and grow, because it will pass.
Once my elder brother asked me to jump over a big wall, I didn’t have that confidence that I could do that. But if I wouldn’t have jumped he would have bullied me. So, I jumped off the wall successfully. So, the point is you can do anything in the world without feeling the fear of anything or any negative feelings. Fear of failure is instilled in us from early childhood till old age. Following are some of the best methods to overcome the fear:
Identify the root cause
Sit down calmly, take a deep breath and observe what you see, feel or hear when your fear of failure resurfaces. Try to overcome this. You can do this with or without the help of friends or anyone else.
Explore colleges based on JEE Main
Failure is inevitable
If you want to live a remarkable life, you have to live a life full of passion, purpose and meaning. We try to do that but actually it doesn’t happen, we succumb to our fears and seek a comfortable path. Sooner or later, you will have to overcome the fear of failure one day, and you will have to overcome many other fears during your lifetime. Sometimes, it’s overwhelming, frustrating, and exhausting. Embrace the temporary pain of uncertainty and struggle.
Failure leads to success
The more you fail, the more you learn and the more you succeed. I learned that lesson early in life. I crave constructive criticism. It has given me a chance to change. Failure feels permanent, but it isn’t. Learn from the failures and improve your chances of success. Failure molds you into your ideal self.
Shift your perspective
When it feels bad from inside i.e. your inner instinct, it is actually bad. Is that really true? Every belief that makes us feel bad needs to be examined. Eliminating negative beliefs is not easy, but it all starts with being aware that a problem actually exists. We all have our unique fears. Look at each failure as a blessing in disguise and learn from it. Whenever you’re faced with something difficult, don’t take it seriously, learn from it and grow, because it will pass.
Self growth
We have the same basic fears. This is something that everyone has to face. It may feel horrible. That’s because you imagine it to be and it is in your mind. You need to improve self-confidence. You’re not afraid of failing, you’re afraid of the psychological movie you keep playing.
Don’t be afraid of mistakes
You would be living life according to your desired terms and conditions. You would also look back at your life without regrets. Mistakes would have been made in the past. You may even have embarrassed yourself once or twice, but it will have added splashes of colour to the canvas of your life. You can sit at home and feel sorry for yourself. But it’s not going to change your life. In order to live a regret-free life, you have to be willing to make mistakes. You might just be surprised at what you discover.
Follow Your Passion
When you decide to follow your passion, your fears end up there only.
