KIIT Deemed to be University has declared the KIITEE 2026 results for the completed examination phases. KIITEE 2026 Exam Analysis

KIITEE 2026 was conducted in multiple phases for different programmes. Based on student feedback and memory-based questions, the overall difficulty level of the BTech paper was easy to moderate. Most candidates found Chemistry to be relatively easier, while Mathematics required more time because of lengthy calculations. Physics included a balanced mix of conceptual and numerical questions.

  • Physics: Questions were concept-based and covered topics from both Class 11 and Class 12.

  • Chemistry: The section included many direct questions based on NCERT concepts and was considered scoring.

  • Mathematics: Calculus, Algebra and Coordinate Geometry carried significant weightage. This section was the most time-consuming for many candidates.

KIITEE 2026 Admit Card

The KIITEE 2026 admit card has been released separately for each examination phase. Candidates who registered successfully could download their hall ticket from the official admission portal after completing the slot booking process. Since the Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 examinations have been conducted, candidates should keep their admit card safely for counselling, document verification and future reference.  

Steps to Download KIITEE Admit Card

Candidates could download the admit card by following these steps:

  • Visit the official KIITEE admission portal.

  • Click on the KIITEE Admit Card link.

  • Log in using the application number and password/date of birth.

  • Complete slot booking, if applicable.

  • Download the admit card.

  • Take a printout for future reference.  

KIITEE Slot Booking

KIITEE follows a slot booking process before the admit card is generated. Candidates have to choose their preferred exam slot from the available options. Once the slot is booked, the admit card is generated online and can be downloaded immediately. For Phase 3, the examination was conducted in a remote proctored mode for eligible programmes.

KIITEE Exam Centres 2026

The KIITEE exam is being conducted in 69 cities across 27 states and UTs in India. Applicants have to enter the centre preferences as part of the KIITEE 2026 application form. Candidates appearing for the exam have to choose two preferences for the KIITEE exam centres. The authorities will allot the centres as per the seat availability. The KIITEE exam centres 2026 will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while filling out the application form. Applicants must note that the authorities will not allow candidates to change the KIITEE exam city after completing the application form.

The university does not accept offline application forms.

Q:   What is the application fee for KIITEE?

Applicants applying for KIITEE 2026 do not have to pay the KIITEE application fee to complete registration. The application process of the KIITEE entrance exam includes registration, filling form and uploading the required documents. Q:   Is it necessary to send a hard copy of the KIITEE application form to the university?

No, candidates are not required to send a hard copy of the filled KIITEE application form to the University. Applicants need to fill the KIITEE application form 2026 in online mode at kiitee.kiit.ac.in.

Q:   What documents are required to upload in the KIITEE 2026 application form?
A: 

Candidates must upload the following documents (as per the specifications) while filling out the KIITEE application form-

  • A recent passport-sized photograph of not more than 50 Kb must be scanned and uploaded in JPG format. 
  • A scanned copy of the signature is in JPG format. The size of the signature must not be more than 50 Kb. 
  • Class 10th and 12th certificates and mark sheets must be uploaded in JPG format and must not exceed 1 MB. 
Q:   What is the minimum qualifying mark for KIITEE?
A: 

The qualifying marks for the KIITEE are different for each stream or discipline. Candidates securing the minimum qualifying mark will be eligible for further admission. 

  • For BTech programmes of four years duration, the applicant must have passed 10+2 in 2024 or 2025 or must be appearing in the final year examination. The minimum qualifying mark for BTech admission is 60% in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. 

  • BTech and MTech Biotechnology's minimum qualifying mark is 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology. 

  • For MTech courses, B.E or BTech or any equivalent specialisation in a relevant engineering and technology discipline with a first-class or equivalent CGPA or first-class MCA/first-class MSc are required.

Q:   Can Diploma holders apply for KIITEE 2026?
A: 

Yes, in that case, aspirants must have passed three years Diploma course in engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state or its equivalent. Candidates can check the course-wise eligibility criteria for BTech (LE) below -
