HSTES LEET 2026: Registration (Starts), Dates (OUT), Eligibility, Admission Process

HSTES LEET is the short form of the Haryana State Technical Education Society Lateral Entry Entrance Test. It is organised for admission to 2nd year (3rd Semester) of BTech/BE. The entrance exam is held annually to choose eligible for candidates for the three year BTech Lateral Course. HSTES LEET is held as an Online Common Entrance Test (OCET).

HSTES LEET 2026 application form is now available at official website. Candidates will have to fill and submit online application form of HSTES LEET 2026 before final date. While filling out application form, they will have to provide all required personal, academic and contact details. No other mode of application will be accepted. Candidates will have to upload required documents and choose their preferred centres. HSTES LEET 2026 application fee has to be paid through net banking/credit card/debit card. Once application form is submitted, the details cannot be edited or corrected.

HSTES LEET 2026: Eligibility Criteria

Before registration, candidates should check official eligibility criteria. If candidates do not meet criteria, then they will not be considered for admission. 

• Candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering/Technology with minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category) OR
• They should have a BSc degree with minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category) and passed Class 12 with mathematics as a subject
• For Kashmiri Migrant, there is a relaxation of 10%
• Candidates having a BSc degree should have passed Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering program along with the second year subjects
• Kashmiri migrants should have the original certificate signed by the concerned authority or Relief Commissioner

HSTES LEET 2026 admit card will be released on June 26 at official website. Registered candidates will have to login using required credentials to access HSTES LEET admit card 2026. Through hall ticket, they can check their allotted exam centre, date, timings, guidelines and more. While reporting to their allotted centre, they will have to bring their HSTES LEET 2026 hall ticket and ID card for verification. Without these documents, candidates will not be allowed to attempt the exam.

HSTES LEET 2026 result will be released on July 8. The authorities will prepare and release HSTES LEET result 2026 as an inter-se merit. List of candidates qualified for counselling and admission will be released through HSTES LEET 2026 merit list. Candidates will be chosen for admission based on their performance in the entrance exam. Once merit list is released, no requests for objections will be accepted.
