AP ECET Exam Pattern 2026 - Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education released AP ECET 2026 exam scheme along with offiicial notification. Candidates can refer to paper pattern for their preparation. AP ECET exam 2026 will take place on April 23, as a computer-based test. 

The paper pattern of Andhra Pradesh ECET consists of the total number of questions, marking scheme, time duration of the question paper, etc. In addition, the authorities have also released AP ECET mock test for respective papers. AP ECET question paper comprises 200 questions in total, and there is no negative marking. Minimum qualifying percentage marks to obtain a rank in AP ECET is 25% of aggregate marks in four subjects. Q:   Will Andhra Pradesh ECET be held online?
A: 

Yes. Andhra Pradesh ECET will be held as a computer-based test for all registered and eligible candidates. The authorities will conduct the entrance examination at various centres. During the exam, the candidates will have to attempt 200 objective multiple-choice questions. The question paper will be prepared based on the topics of Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and the selected engineering paper. Out of the given options, the candidates will have to select the correct one. 

Q:   What is the official Andhra Pradesh ECET marking scheme?

The authorities has released the official Andhra Pradesh ECET marking scheme online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/ECET. As per the official marking scheme, one mark will be allotted to every correct response. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. It is to be noted that unattempted questions will not be negatively marked. Since there is no negative marking, the candidates are advised to attempt as many questions as they can to have a higher chance of securing their desired scores.

There are four sections in the Andhra Pradesh ECET paper- Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering paper.
