JEE Main Paper 2A & 2B Eligibility Criteria 2021
To apply for the JEE Main exam, students must fulfil the eligibility criteria. Candidates can go through the JEE Main Paper 2 Eligibility Criteria for various parameters below:
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian nationals.
Qualification for BArch: Candidates must have passed the Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
Qualification for BPlan: Candidates must have passed the Class 12 or equivalent with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
State Of Eligibility:
- Students will be required to fill the state code of eligibility at the time of the registration process.
- The state code of eligibility will not depend upon the native or residence place.
- For Indian nationals passing Class 12 or equivalent from abroad, the state code of eligibility will be determined based on the permanent address of India provided on the passport.

JEE Main 2021 exam centres for Paper-2A & 2B
The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the list of JEE Main 2021 exam centres for all four sessions along with exam city and code. NTA has already conducted JEE Main 2021 February & March sessions at various exam cities across India and abroad. For the third (April) and fourth (May) sessions, the exam will be conducted in 334 cities. There are a total of 567 centres allotted for BTech, 345 for BArch and 327 for the BPlan exam. Candidates who apply for more than one session of the exam may change their choice of cities in the JEE Main 2021 correction window.

As the JEE Main applications have been reopened for the third session, candidates will be given the option to choose/edit JEE Main exam cities for Paper-1 (BTech) and Paper-2A (BArch) and Paper-2B (BPlan). Students will be allotted JEE Main 2021 exam centres by NTA in order of the choice opted by them in the application form. Please note that due to administrative reasons, candidates might be allotted a different city in the nearby area.
