NCHMCT JEE full form is National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam. It is a national level hospitality entrance exam for admission in BSc (Hospitality & Hotel Administration). Age limit: There is an upper age limit for the candidates. The age limit is a defined category wise, check below:
- Upper age limit for General, General (EWS) and OBC categories - 25 years as of July 01, 2026, ie, candidates born on or after July 01, 1999, are eligible

NCHMCT JEE 2026 Admission
The admission process of NCHMCT JEE is as follows:
NTA conducted the application form filling process of NCHMCT JEE 2026 in the online mode only. The candidates could check their eligibility and fill the form in online mode only. The application form filling process included the below-given steps:

Step 2: Download the admit card
Candidates could download the admit card from the official website. Only the registered candidates were issued the NCHMCT JEE admit card.
Step 3: Appear for the exam
Candidates had to appear for the CBT of NCHMCT JEE 2026 as per the date and time given on the admit card.
Step 4: Answer Key, Question Papers, Response Sheet
NTA will release the NCHMCT JEE answer keys. The answer key will have the correct answers to all the questions that are asked in the test. Using the marking scheme of the test, candidates can calculate the probable score they are getting before the results are out. However, this will not be treated as a final score.
With the answer key, NCHMCT JEE 2026 question papers will also be made available. The question papers will have all the questions that were asked on the exam day.

Step 5: Check result
NTA will announce the result of NCHMCT JEE 2026 likely by May second-week (Tentative). However, before the answer key, response sheet and question papers will also be uploaded on the official website. The result will be made available in the form of a scorecard.
NCHMCT JEE 2026 Result and Merit List
The exam authority will publish a combined merit list with ranked candidates as mentioned in NCHMCT JEE 2026 results. The ranking / merit of the candidates will be decided based on the NTA score. In case, two or more candidates get the same score then, tie-breaking criteria will be applied as given below:
- Candidates securing higher marks in the English component of NCHMCT JEE 2026 will rank higher.
- In case there is a tie between candidates in NCHM JEE 2026, as well as in the English component of NCHM-JEE 2026 exam, then the candidate securing higher marks in the Service Aptitude Component of NCHM-JEE will rank higher.
- If the tie is still there, then the candidate older in age will ranked higher.
Step 6: Counselling
NCHMCT will conduct the counselling for admission to NCHMCT JEE 2026 participating colleges. After the declaration of the Result, the NCHM JEE 2026 Score will be provided by NTA to NCHMCT to conduct the counselling for admission to the BSc (HHA) courses.
