The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will release the CLAT syllabus on consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The CLAT exam syllabus will have five sections, namely English language, logical reasoning, legal reasoning, general knowledge, current affairs, and quantitative techniques. Candidates looking forward to appearing in the CLAT Exam must check the syllabus before beginning their preparation.

The maximum difficulty level of the CLAT 2027 syllabus is that of Class 12th. CLAT Exam Date 2027 is expected to be December 6, 2026. Read further to know about the CLAT syllabus PDF, including subject-wise topics, marking scheme, and more.

Yes, CLAT is required for admission in BA LLB at Nirma University. Admission is Candidates are shortlisted for the BA LLB programme based on their performance in CLAT 2026. Candidates who qualify in the admission process are eligible to secure their seat in the five years programme.

No, CLAT is not compulsory to get admission in BA LLB at BHU. BHU uses the CUET-UG (Common University Entrance Test) scores conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for shortlisting students.

No, CLAT is not compulsory to get admission in BA LLB at Jain Deemed to be University, Bangalore. Admission is offered on merit basis or performance in JET exam. Applicants also need to appear for personal interview rounds to get shortlisted.

No, CLAT is not compulsory to get admission in BA LLB at Gujrat University. Applicants are offered admission based on merit in last qualifying exam. However, CLAt scores can be accepted for admission.

No, candidates who apply for Sharda University, Greater Noida BA LLB (hons) admissions through CLAT-UG will not be required to appear in personal interview round. This round is part of SUAT and thus, CLAT-UG applicants skip the entire exam when applying through CLAT.
