Ambedkar University Delhi to begin Monsoon Semester from July 28; last date to apply for CUET PG 2025-based admission is June 25

Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD), a State Government university known for its focus on social sciences and liberal studies, has extended the deadline for postgraduate admissions through CUET PG 2025 scores. Aspirants now have until June 25, 2025, to complete their online applications for various PG programmes at the university.

The university will begin its Monsoon Semester on July 28, 2025, and it will run until December 13, 2025, as per the academic calendar released by AUD. Classes will be conducted offline on the university's campuses in Delhi.

CUET PG 2025 Mandatory for Admission

As per the revised guidelines of AUD, all PG admissions will be made strictly through CUET PG 2025 scores. The university will not entertain direct applications or conduct internal entrance tests for its postgraduate programmes. Applicants must have selected AUD in their CUET PG 2025 application form to be eligible.

Courses offered through CUET PG 2025 scores include popular programmes such as:

MA in Economics

MA in English

MA in Psychology

MA in Gender Studies

MA in Development Studies

MA in Sociology

MA in Urban Studies

MA in History

Merit List and Counselling

After the June 25 deadline, AUD is expected to release programme-wise merit lists based on CUET PG 2025 scores. Seat allocation will follow a merit-cum-preference model, and shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in an online counselling and document verification process.

Applicants are advised to keep their CUET scorecards, reservation category certificates (if applicable), and other documents ready for the verification stage.

Inclusive Admission Policy

AUD continues to follow the reservation policy laid down by the Delhi government, including reserved seats for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, and PwD categories. The university also offers relaxation in cutoff scores and application fees for applicants from these categories.
