Delhi College of Arts and Commerce review.
Placements: The college does offer campus placements with top recruiters, often including companies such as KPMG, EY, Wipro, Airtel, etc. But, these companies usually hire students from commerce-based courses such as B.Com (Hons), etc. B.A. course students generally do not get any campus placement (apart from B.A. Economics Hons), and they often go for higher education.
Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is not very good. Though it is a Wi-Fi-enabled campus, the classrooms are very up to the mark. Also, there are labs in the college, but not with the latest technology. The college does not have a hostel. The college canteen is very small, and the food is quite mediocre as well.
Faculty: The faculty of my course is very helpful and knowledgeable. Be it the faculty of Economics or Human Resource Management, the teachers are very helpful. Though some students find some of the subjects not worth studying, the overall course curriculum is quite structured and well-maintained.
Other: I chose my course because of my keen interest in economics and HRM. The best thing about my course is definitely the faculty teaching it. The college does not really organize big events, but academically, the college is very good.

Review of Lakshmibai College, University of Delhi.
Placements: College provides a placement program, but I do not have any knowledge regarding how much and what roles are offered to students, as a very small number of students get the opportunity to get a placement. Companies visiting the college are very well-renowned.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty average. Canteen food tastes bad. Other facilities, like classrooms and the library, are okay compared to other colleges. The Vikramshila building is new, so it is better than the other old buildings. Medical facilities are not good. It does not have the basic medicines for immediate treatment.
Faculty: Faculty members are average. Some teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. Some teachers behave rudely and mostly avoid answering students regarding anything. The course curriculum is also based on a very old curriculum, which makes it more theoretical and less practical and fact-based. Semester exams are not so hard to crack, and somehow most of the students pass exams.
Other: I chose this course for its purpose and field of study, mostly because of the combination of political science and philosophy, which will add great value to my knowledge. It could be more useful if it becomes more relevant and practical than theoretical.

Lakshmibai College: Campus life, facilities, and infrastructure.
Placements: Top recruiters for the college are TCS, Genpact, Wipro, EY, Deloitte, ICICI Bank & HDFC Bank (for a few courses). Some other companies include Amazon and Infosys. The average package for undergraduate courses is 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA. The highest package can go up to 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college offers a wide variety of courses, especially for humanities and commerce students. Hostel facility is, however, not available. There are numerous PGs available for out-of-state students who wish to study at Lakshmibai College. Other facilities include gym, canteen, and health centre for the students.
Faculty: The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and educated. They are Masters of their fields and subjects. They teach with utmost patience and dedication. The college does have a lot of extracurricular activities, debates, dance competitions, singing competitions, etc.

I'm satisfied. Good facility, faculty, crowd, and education.
Placements: There is a placement committee of IPCW itself called JEET, which helps with its seminar regularly. However, being a first-year student, I haven't heard of anyone getting good internship opportunities in my course from this college. Moreover, in psychology, everyone is completing their course only, and there are no specific internship opportunities for psychology students on IP as far as I have seen.
Infrastructure: IP is known for its infrastructure and greenery. Wi-Fi connection is not good at all, but the canteen area is clean, and the food is good (canteen, Amul, and Nescafé). The hostel's infrastructure is too good as well, including the variety of food. A large ground and gym for fitness is available.
Faculty: Teachers are really very helpful and qualified. Genuinely, IP is good for psychology students in my opinion. The course is good for a child psychologist and various fields in psychology. Exams don't seem difficult as professors and seniors are always available for help.
Other: IP has a dead society, it's true to some extent. They are actually active, people came to know very late about any event conducted by a particular society, and even the selection of some societies is left over because of not getting the information on time. There are some exceptions, like Abhivyakti (dramatic society), NSS, NCC, and the Western dance society, which are active. Moreover, the campus is good, and the crowd is fantastic. People are helpful, sweet, and kind. Seniors are always available. Events are conducted but very late, and most of them get postponed and cancelled.

Miranda House is not just academically driven but also helps build personality!
Placements: Not just placements, but even our placements cell helps in getting placements as well. Barclays to Deloitte, many such companies come for placements here, and in 2024, the average was around 6-7 LPA. The highest so far from Miranda House has been 24 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: For cleanliness, our campus is 10 on 10 as no DU campus is as clean as ours. Our college is among those colleges that also have hostels. I haven't availed the hostel facilities, but some of my friends stay there, and they have raised it big time. Computer labs are also air-conditioned, and all the computers in the labs are also the latest models.
Faculty: Economics Hons is among the most sought-after DU courses, and Miranda House, even though a girls' college, is among the top-rated colleges of DU. Our college gives us live projects and all, and there are societies that source such work. Our course is certainly one that makes us competent enough to learn the modern-day economic traits.
Other: My CUET score permitted me to attend this college, which is a dream of many, and therefore, I took this course. The crowd is amazing as it's an all-girls college, and most of them have amazing academic backgrounds. It's the students' union that organizes our annual fest TEMPEST.

I am absolutely satisfied with what we are getting in DBC.
Placements: Till now, all I have heard of are good placements and good companies that are also registered and authorised by the government of India, from our seniors. As a first-year student, I have not attended the placement cell. But the internship culture is good here. We get a lot of opportunities.
Infrastructure: The overall facilities are nice. We have 2 options for food. One of them is a canteen, and the other one is a cafeteria. We can get a lot of variety from there, be it home-cooked, normal burgers, or sandwiches. We have a good library. Sports culture is also very supportive in our college. We have separate grounds like the archery ground and the volleyball ground.
Faculty: I think the fee structure is really affordable compared to other colleges. Delhi University is famous for its fee structure, and that is really true. We get a lot of facilities for such a small amount. Teachers are also really nice. The course curriculum is real-life based, so we get an overall good experience, and we also use this in our daily lives.
