MP BE Counselling 2026 Application Form: Date, Registration Link, How to Apply, Fees, Documents Needed

1. Open MP BE 2026 official website and click on new candidate registration. Sepearate registration forms will be available for candidates who are applying for JEE Main and class 12 basis.
2. Candidates have to first register for MP BE counselling using the JEE Main 2026 roll number. Basic details like candidate name, father/mother name, date of birth, etc., will be fetched from the NTA database mapped to the JEE Main 2026 roll number of the candidates.
3. After completion of the registration process, candidates will get a registration cum e-verification slip. Using the "Check Candidate Status" link, candidates can check their verification status.
4. Once the registration is complete and the e-verification is done, candidates get a temporary password on the mobile number used for MP BE registration.
5. Candidates must change the password and set it to something they are comfortable with. This completes the MP BE registration process.

Choice filling is the process of filling college and course preference for seat allotment. It is a very important step in the application process as the allotment of seats depends largely on the colleges and course filled by the candidate besides the rank of candidate. The choice filling has to be done after submitting the MP BE 2026 application form. 

To fill choices, candidates have to login to the website and select their preferred college & course details in the order of preference. Candidates must lock their college/course preference before the last date of choice filling. The seats will be allotted basis JEE Main scores considering choices filled by the candidates. In case the candidate do not lock their choice before the last date, the last filled choice will be considered for seat allotment.

• JEE Main Scorecard
• Class 10th Marksheet
• Class 12th/qualifying exam Marksheet
• MP Domicile Certificate (If applicable)
• Reserve Category Certificate (If applicable)
• Passport size photographs: Aspirants will be required to upload their scanned photograph of not more than 80 KB in either .jpg, .gif, .jpeg format
• A valid mobile number and email ID

Note:

• Category Certificate: Aspirants belonging to the reserved category will have to upload the category certificate issued by an authorised official only.
• In case the candidate's result of class 12 is not announced before the registration, they can upload only class 10 marksheet.

The application fees for MP BE 2026 will be updated here once the details are available in the official website. The fees can be paid online using credit/debit card, internet banking or UPI.

The candidates are given a one-time opportunity to edit/change any details in the MP BE application form after submission. Once the correction window starts, candidates can make the changes in the MP BE application form if any incorect details have been filled.

Note that after the correction window closes, no more chance will be given to the candidates to make sort of correction in the MP BE 2026 application form. Therefore, candidates must complete the registration process with utmost care. Also, if any incorrect information is provided in the application form, the candidate can be denied admission/barred from participting in the admission process. Take care of the following:

• Be careful with dates and data
• Crosscheck the category, address and all details

Details Not Allowed for Change

Candidates can not change the following details in application form

• Name
• Parents Name
• Date of Birth
• Mobile Number and email ID
