Nowadays, aerospace engineers use their logical and creative skills to design aircraft, missiles, spacecraft, and weapon systems.

Candidates pursuing a B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering aim to gain solid knowledge in the discipline's fundamentals. Those who pursue a career in aerospace engineering can work as a flight engineer in the air force, as an aircraft engineer in the aviation industry, or as a private or national carrier. Continue to read more about aerospace engineering, including the syllabus, eligibility criteria, subjects, career options, and more.

What is Aerospace Engineering?

Aerospace engineering is a field for those who have dreamed of designing aeroplanes or spacecraft. The industry of aerospace is responsible not only for the ease of travel but also for our explorations beyond our planet. The aerospace industry is booming, from NASA to Boeing, and is also ready for new innovations. Therefore, we can say that aerospace engineering is a branch of engineering that provides skills and knowledge to design, manufacture, and maintain spacecraft, aircraft, missiles, and weapons systems.

A large part of Aerospace Engineering deals with mechanical engineering and covers a wide range of topics, including computer application, structures, mathematics, physics, drafting, electricity, robotics, aeronautics, etc. The two aspects of engineering are also covered, namely Aeronautical Engineering and Astronomical Engineering.

As per the students' review, aerospace engineering is considered one of the toughest branches of engineering. However, if studied properly with dedication and focus, it will give the best results for the students and give wings to their career.
