KLEEE 2026 counselling dates are expected to be released soon. To select candidates for admissions into BTech courses offered by University, KLEEE counselling 2026 is held offline. Qualified candidates have to report to venue to participate in KLEEE counselling. At the venue, qualified candidates have to register and fill their choice of courses. Selection of courses has to be done in order of preference. Once choices are submitted, it cannot be changed.

KLEEE 2026 seat allotment result will be declared. Allotment of seats will be done according to their rank and preferences. If candidates are satisfied with their allotment, then they will have to confirm by verifying their documents and fee payment. Otherwise, candidates can participate in next round of counselling. KLEEE 2026 Counselling: Eligibility Criteria

For admission into the BTech programmes offered by KL University, the candidates must meet the given criteria. 

  • Candidates should have a valid KLEEE (KL Engineering Entrance Examination)/ JEE-Main/ JEE-Advanced /  State Level Engineering Entrance Exams score.
  • K L Deemed to be University accepts Uni-GAUGE score for B.Tech admissions.
  • A Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with 60% and above in aggregate and 60% and above in Group subjects.
  • Candidates with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) are eligible for all B.Tech programmes, including Bio-Technology.
  • Candidates with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) are eligible for B.Tech (Bio-Technology) and B.Pharmacy.

Q:   What is the eligibility for KLEEE counselling?
A: 

To participate in the KLEEE counsellling process, the candidates will have to meet the required eligibility criteria. All candidates will have to qualify KLEEE with the required marks and should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th standard qualifying entrance examination. Candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th standard. Ranks obtained in the top engineering exams i.e., JEE Main/JEE Advanced/State-level exams will also be accepted for admissions.

Q:   What is the basic eligibility criteria for KLEEE admissions?

KLEEE eligibility criteria will be released online. Candidates should have passed 12th class or examination from a recognised board. Candidates should have passed Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

KLEEE Counselling 2026 Process

KLEEE 2026 counselling dates will be released at kluniversity.in. To participate in KLEEE counselling 2026, candidates will have to report to counselling venue, which will be announced. KL University will not conduct counselling online. All qualified candidates will have to participate in KLEEE counselling for admissions into preferred courses offered by University. For counselling, candidates can go through steps given below.

  • Candidates can know their allotted counselling date and venue.
  • According to allotted date, candidates will have to report to venue for their counselling.
  • At the venue, they will have to select choice of course in order of preference.

During KLEEE counselling, registered candidates will have to fill their choice of courses. Candidates will have to select their choice of BTech courses in order of preference. This is important since order of preference will be taken into consideration by authorities during allotment. Candidates should select as many choice of courses as possible.

List of documents to be produced for KLEEE counselling 2026

After seat allotment, the candidates have to submit their original documents for verification at the university. The photocopies also have to be submitted. If they do not verify the documents before the final date, then their admission will be cancelled. The list of documents are given below.

  • Counselling call letter
  • S.S.C marks memo/equivalent certificate
  • 10+2th standard or equivalent qualified exam marks memo and provisional certificate/pass certificate
  • KLEEE/JEE Main/EAMCET 2026 hall ticket and rank card.
  • Transfer certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate (CC)
  • Other certificates such as Sports/NCC/Ex-Service Men/ Single Girl Child/*Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) mentioned in the application
  • Caste certificate in case of OBC/SC/ST candidates and Differently Abled Certificate issued by the relevant Medical Authority
  • Two photocopies of the Aadhar Card and 6 Passport-size colour photographs
  • Demand draft of the tuition fee

There is no official passing marks for KLEEE by authorities. However, scores obtained in exam will be used to qualify candidates for admission. For higher chances of admission in preferred courses, they should aim to score well in exam.

Students who are prepared for their board exams or JEE Mains will be able to attempt KLEEE easily. The question paper of KLEEE is prepared as per 12th class syllabus. Level of exam will be moderate as compared to JEE Mains.
