Eligibility to Apply for TANCET 2026
The TANCET 2026 eligibility criteria require candidates to hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Unreserved category candidates must obtain at least 50 per cent in their qualifying degree, while reserved category candidates require a minimum of 45 per cent.
For MCA programs, applicants need a BSc in IT/CS or BCA, or must have studied Mathematics in Class 12 or at the graduation level.
NOTE: Other state candidates can apply, but are generally considered under the "Unreserved" category for seat allotment.
