AILET vs Other Law Entrance Exams
The AILET, organized by NLU Delhi, is harder than most other law entrance exams because it has limited seats, a tough pattern, and a unique AILET Syllabus 2027.
- Single University Admission: You can use AILET only for NLU Delhi. CLAT gives seats in many NLUs, so the competition becomes tougher.
- Higher Difficulty Level: The paper had tricky and deep questions, mostly in English and Logical Reasoning.
- No Legal Reasoning in UG Exam: Unlike CLAT, AILET UG doesn’t have Legal Reasoning. It focuses more on English, GK, and Logical Reasoning.
- Strong Focus on Logical Reasoning: You’ll find puzzles, critical thinking, and analytical sets that need a clear mind and practice.
- Advanced English Section: It checks grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and sentence correction at a bit higher level.
- Different Format in Qs: The AILET exam pattern has more direct questions, not long passages like CLAT.
