CLAT 2027 Registrations: Candidates seeking admission in the National Law Universities for the integrated 5 year LLB and LLM courses can apply online for CLAT 2027 on the official portal of the Consortium of National Law Universities. The last date to fill the CLAT 2027 registration form is October 31. The applications started on August 3. The candidates are advised to fill the CLAT applications as soon as possible to get the examination centres of their choice and to avoid any last-minute technical glitches. The Consortium will soon release the CLAT 2027 application correction dates on its official portal.
As per the exam calendar, the CLAT 2027 exam date is December 6, 2026. The Consortium is expected to release the CLAT admit card by November 25 under the candidate's login.
Candidates who filled Vellore and Tiruvarur as their exam city are required to change it as the Consortium has removed these cities for CLAT 2027. They can edit their examination city till October 31.
What's New in CLAT 2027 Registration Form
This year, candidates are not required to fill in their NLU preferences during the initial CLAT registration process, but they will need to do so during the CLAT Counselling phase. Candidates are required to pay the CLAT form fee to complete the registration formalities. The Consortium of NLUs will soon notify the CLAT 2027 application correction process.

Documents Required for CLAT Registration 2027
CLAT registration form 2027 can be filled online only and candidates are required to upload the prescribed documents with the registration form. Applicants will be required to pay the CLAT registration fee as prescribed by the Consortium. Candidates will be required to upload the documents in the format and size as prescribed in the CLAT form instructions.

CLAT Application Correction 2027
The Consortium of NLUs will open the CLAT Application Correction Window 2027 once the registration process is over. This will help candidates to edit their registration form in case they have made any errors or want to change some details. Candidates can edit the CLAT form 2027 in the manner given below:
- Click on the CLAT 2027 form correction link
- Log in using mobile number and password
- Click on the Edit Application button
- Go to 'Category and Seat Reservation' for NLU preferences, as well as the Personal details tab for OBC category status, whether Non-Creamy Layer or Creamy Layer
- Make the required changes, click on the Next button
- Click on the declaration checkbox and Save to submit the changes
The candidates should note that there is no application correction fee. In case the candidate fills multiple registration forms, the last saved CLAT Form will be considered by the Consortium for all exam purposes.
