What is BET?
BET is an MBA entrance test for SDA Bocconi Asia Centre. It is conducted all year round in multiple phases for the selection to its flagship International Master in Business Programme. Candidates who wish to appear for BET will have to complete the application process during the chosen phase after which they will be allotted a slot to write BET exam. BET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a Graduate with a minimum of 55% aggregate in any subject from a recognised university
- Applicant must also have scored a minimum of 55% aggregate in Class 10 and Class 12
- Applicant must have an average of 70% of Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation
- Work experience is not a mandatory criteria but a desirable one. IMB, a full-time postgraduate program, is designed for freshers and young executives with up to five years of work experience
- Involvement in extra-curricular activities will be considered an added asset
- The Bocconi Test is not a requirement for applicants who have a Valid CAT, NMAT By GMAC, GMAT or GRE scores to report. However, even if the candidate is planning on sitting for one of these exams (or if they have already), it benefits them to be proactive and take the Bocconi Test.

BET Results 2026
BET results are usually declared two weeks after the exam is taken by the candidate. BET 2026 is being conducted from mid-August 2025 to mid-April 2026. The BET 2026 results will be available online only on the website of SDA Bocconi Asia Centre. Candidates can check the result by using their login credentials once they have taken the exam. The SDA Bocconi Asia Center will send the scorecard to the candidate by post, as well. After receiving the scorecard, the candidate will be required to confirm admission.
BET Selection Process 2026
SDA Bocconi Asia Center admission process is divided into three selection sessions. Each round allows two months for the students to apply. SDA Bocconi Asia Center grants admission through centralised exams, such as CAT, GMAT, NMAT by GMAC and GRE. Those who have not appeared in any of these exams or do not have satisfactory scores will have to take BET.
Early Session: The first round of the BET selection process is dedicated to the students who are in the second or final year of their graduation and are willing to apply in advance.
Winter Session: The second round of the BET selection process is dedicated to the students who are in the final year of their graduation and the students who have already graduated from their Universities. The majority of the admissions take place in this round of the selection process.
Spring Session: The third round assigns approximately 5% -10% of the total seats available. It is open to last year's secondary school students and to students already graduated or coming from other Universities.

A good score that supports the candidate's BET application for admissions is 35 points out of 50. In order to score 35, candidates will need to answer EVERY question on the test. They should not leave the answers blank. Students can use the process of elimination to answer the questions with speed and accuracy.
