What is IRMASAT?

IRMASAT or IRMA Social Awareness Test is conducted by the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). IRMASAT scores are considered for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) and Fellow Programme in Rural Management (FPRM). The IRMASAT 2025 exam is usually conducted in computer-based test mode. Admission to IRMA’s PGDRM course is done on the basis of CAT/XAT/CMAT scores. The admission process includes – Application submission, Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI). The IRMASAT 2025 application form was available online on the official website of IRMA.

The primary purpose of IRMASAT is to assess the aptitude and social awareness of candidates aspiring to pursue the Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) programme offered by the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). The test is designed to assess candidates' readiness to engage with the challenges and complexities of rural management and development.

By evaluating candidates' performance in IRMASAT along with other selection criteria such as academic qualifications, work experience, and personal interview, IRMA aims to identify individuals who possess the requisite skills, knowledge, and commitment to contribute effectively to rural development initiatives and pursue careers in the field of rural management.

For admissions, IRMA will be shortlisting prospective candidates on two calls:
