AIET 2026 exam pattern has been prescribed by DY Patil Vidyapeeth. The exam will be conducted in Online Proctor Test Mode on a given date. The exam pattern of both MBA and BBA course will be common but there will be a difference in the total number of questions and total marks. The duration of AIET exam will be 150 minutes. There will be no sectional time limit so candidates can divide the total time between the sections according to their own plan. AIET is conducted in multiple phases for admission to a particular academic year. Q:   How do I prepare for DPU AIET exam?
A: 

DPU AIET is an easy exam. To prepare for DPU AIET exam, candidates must prepare all the topics included in the AIET syllabus. The exam pattern is same as other MBA entrance exam so one needs to go through the syllabus and also practice mock sessions to gain speed and accuracy in solving MCQ based questions. If one has appeared for a national level entrance exam, they will need to only practice AIET sample tests. Those who are planning to appear for AIET only, must start preparation six months before the exam.

Q:   What is the DPU AIET exam process?
A: 

DPU AIET is conducted in online proctored mode, which means, candidates can take the exam from any location. They need to only have a laptop/desktop with functional camera and high speed internet. Exam will be held from 11 am to 12:30 pm. Candidates will have to login an hour before the exam starts for identification formalities.

Q:   What is the admission criteria through DPU AIET?
A: 

After appearing for AIET, candidates have to appear for selection process round which includes, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Those who clear the AIET exam are shortlisted for the GD/PI round. Final selection is based on candidate’s overall performance in all the stages of admission process. Candidates can seek admission to DPU through CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA scores too.

Q:   What is AIET application fee?
A: 

The AIET application fee is INR 1,300 (Test Fee + Processing Fee) for MBA and INR 1,050 (Test Fee + Processing Fee) for BBA. AIET application fee can be paid online by using debit/credit card or through UPI or Net Banking. No other mode of fee payment is allowed. For submission of AIET application form after the deadline, candidates need to pay INR 250 extra with the application fee amount. The fee amount is non refundable.

Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for DPU AIET MBA?
A: 

The minimum eligibility criteria for DPU AIET MBA course is graduation. Candidates having graduation degree in any stream from a recognised university are eligible apply. The minimum score requirement is 50 percent for General category candidates and 45 percent Reserved category candidates. Final year graduation students can also appear for AIET.

AIET result will be released at the university website. Candidates will be able to download their AIET result cum scorecard by logging into their AIET account created at the time of registration.

Upload the DPU AIET admit card and photo ID, as per the instructions through the exam software.

Candidates must not leave the screen or allow anyone else to enter the room during the exam. If their camera or computer shuts down, they must reconnect immediately and/or contact the exam agency.

DPU AIET is an easy exam. One can crack it by simply preparing the syllabus and solving some practice tests. There is no negative marking in AIET so candidates will find it easy to solve the questions. The admission cut off is not too high so if one manages to solve a decent number of questions accurately, they can get selected for DPU MBA.
