Eligibility Criteria to Apply for TMISAT 2026

TMISAT eligibility criteria is given below. Candidates should check these criteria before applying. Any candidates not fulfilling the condition of eligibility will not be considered for admission in the institute.

TMISAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Parameter	Details
Age	Male candidates born on or after 1st September 2004 are eligible to apply for the 2026 batch. In accordance with Government of India guidelines, there is a two-year age relaxation for female candidates, and girls born on or after 1st September 2002 are eligible to apply for the 2026 batch.
Gender	Both genders can apply.
Marital Status	The marital status of the candidate must be unmarried.
Academic Qualifications	Candidates must have completed/completing the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with: At least 60% marks in these subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (P C M), and At least 50% marks in the subject of English in either Class X or Class XII.
Physical Fitness	Candidates have to meet certain physical fitness eligibility requirements laid down by the Institute. Before applying for TMISAT, candidates must get themselves examined by a doctor so that at the physical fitness test, they do not face any disappointment.
