So, aspirants planning to appear for this exam have to have a rigorous preparation plan. There is a tough competition in this exam as a lot of students give this exam. Each and every student wishes to get admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), so you have to be well-prepared before giving this exam and need to focus more on difficult questions.
Manage your time wisely

Know exam pattern well
Basically, you have to first focus on the easy subject i.e Chemistry. You need to know the exam pattern. This will help you in taking your preparation plan in the right direction. The exam duration is of three hours for each paper. They ask questions in three different patterns, one is multiple choice, numerical and list match sets in nature. The examination structure of JEE Advanced includes a total of 54 questions in each exam. You have to look for negative marking carefully, yes this time negative marking beats you if you don’t look at it carefully. As this time you have to face partial marking in multiple-choice questions.
Solve sample papers
If you are taking any coaching from specific coaching classes then solve their modules and do give tests regularly and most important cover all concepts of NCERT too, it would help you in Organic and Inorganic Chemistry, as many a time exact question comes from the lines of NCERT. You can make a list of those questions which are hard or questions that you not able to solve in about six attempts and make sure you revise them in the last one month. Also one more important thing is to give mock tests, it will really help you a lot and make sure you should give at least 15-20 mock test papers. While solving questions if you think that it’s gonna take a lot of time from me, then surely leave that question and go further as examiner set paper to see your presence of mind too. Also do make notes with good handwriting, in last it will benefit you in revising all concepts, else it would be difficult for you to revise it from a book. In order to achieve your goal, one most important thing is that you have to maintain your health, too. Always eat good, sleep on time and lastly don’t take tension and not to come in depression.
