VITEEE 2017 Slot Booking Begins

According to the official website of VIT University, the slot booking for VITEEE 2017 has commenced from March 19. The process will continue till March 22, 2017. Registered aspirants will require their application number, password and security pin(given on the login page) to login. Aspirants can use the same credentials for hall ticket booking as well.
To be done in real time, students will have only 1 minute to book slots. While booking slots, aspirants should first choose the test centre/city of their choice and then the date and batch of the exam. The test centre being opted for should be the same as the one mentioned in the VITEEE 2017 application form. The exam is scheduled to be held from April 5 to April 16, 2017. VITEEE slot bookings are done on 'first-come first served basis' depending on the availability of the test centre, date and time. The slot will be booked automatically by the University basis the details shared on the VITEEE application form in case of non-booking of slot by candidates. However, if aspirants are unable to find slots in the test centre of their choice, they can book a slot in an alternative centre / date.
Students should note that once booked, slots cannot be changed. Any request for change in the VITEEE test city, slot, date and subject will not be entertained under any circumstance. Also, aspirants will not be allowed to book a slot after the last date.

VITEEE 2017 admit cards will be generated for only those aspirants who have booked their slots successfully before the last date.
Students are required to use the Online Test Booking System(OTBS) to book test schedule. They would receive a confirmation mail on their email IDs once the test schedule is booked on the OTBS.

Competition for VIT Vellore CSE branch is really high. Safe VITEEE rank required for CSE is within 1500 to 1700. However, if your rank is more than, then you can opt for CSE with specialisation branches available at VIT Vellore.

The difficulty level of VITEEE aptitude questions mainly ranges from easy to moderate. Questions are mostly asked on basic logical reasoning, including series completion, blood relations, directions, etc.

Rough sheets will be provided inside the VITEEE exam hall. Candidates will have to write their name, roll number and other details before using the rough pad. However, virtual and physical calculators are strictly not allowed during the exam. Candidates will have to do calculations manually.
