LPU NEST 2027: The Lovely Professional University has released the LPUNEST 2027 exam notification. The LPUNEST exam 2027 will be held from January 10 to February 5, 2027 in remote proctored manner and between January 20 to February 5, 2027 as test centre based exam.

LPUNEST Registration 2027 has started. LPUNEST 2027 application form is available online in the institute website. Candidates can apply up to January 15, 2027. After filling the application form, candidates have to book slot for appearing in the exam. The slot booking will start on December 10 and the last date is January 15, 2027.

The Lovely Professional University conducts the National Entrance and Scholarship Test, also called LPU NEST to shortlist candidates for admission to its various UG and PG courses courses. The exam is conducted at various test test centres across the country as well as in remote-proctored mode which candidates can tak from their home or any place of their choice. The exam acts as an Entrance as well as Scholarship Test for all aspirants interested in admission to LPU. LPU NEST Eligibility Criteria 2027

Before filling the application form for admission to BTech Programs at Lovely Professional University, candidates need to fulfil the following LPUNEST eligibility criteria. Only those candidates who fulfill the eligibility conditions will be considered for admission.

Nationality: LPUNEST is open to candidates of all nationality

Qualifying Examination: Applicants must have passed/appearing in class 12 exam in the year of taking LPUNEST

Eligibility Criteria in the Qualifying Examination: Candidates must have secured a minimum 60% marks in class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English) subjects

Age Limit: There is no minimum or maximum age limit to apply for LPUNEST

Note: For B.Tech. Biotechnology (BT), B.Tech. (Food Technology), B.Tech. (Biomedical Engineering) Subjects considered are Physics, Chemistry, English & either Maths or Biology or Biotechnology; other conditions remain the same. For B.Tech. The Lovely Professional University has released details of LPUNEST 2027 exam pattern. As per the paper pattern information mentioned in the official portal, the exam will have a total 100 questions of 04 marks each to be solved in 150 minutes. There will be 25 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English. LPUNEST 2027 Counselling

LPUNEST counselling 2027 will start on February 8. The counselling will be conducted in two rounds from February 8 to 12 and February 12 to 22 respectively. All candidates who qualify the exam will have to pay the fee in online mode or manually by visiting the university campus. The LPU NEST counselling procedure comprises various stages like downloading the scorecard, filling out the seat preference, seat allotment, fee deposition, completing the admission form, uploading required documents, document verification, balance fee deposition.

Scholarships based on LPU NEST performance

Taking the LPU NEST 2027 exam helps candidates to earn scholarships. The overall course fee will be reduced depending on the score of the candidates in the entrance test. LPU generally divides the candidates into four categories to give scholarships. The LPU NEST scholarship is for the whole duration of the course.

Category A: Candidates who get the highest LPU NEST marks are considered category A students. They get a fee waiver of 60 %.

Category B: Candidates who score above average. They get 50 % fee waiver.

Category C & D: Candidates who score mid to average scores. Category C students get a fee waiver of 40 %, and Category D students get a waiver of 30 %.

Also, LPU offers a variety of scholarships to support all deserving candidates.
