SAAT 2026 Exam dates will be announced soon. The application form for the exam is currently available at admission.soa.ac.in. The direct link for SAAT application form 2026 is also given below. The application form last date has not been announced yet. SAAT 2026 is conducted to provide admission to undergraduate programmes in Siksha 'O' Anushandhan.

The Siksha 'O' Anushandhan (SOA) conducts SOA Admission Test, commonly known as SAAT, in multiple phases.  Only eligible candidates can appear for the entrance exam. Candidates must check eligibility criteria before filling application form. The application process will contain several stages, such as Registration, filling the application form, uploading the documents, and paying the Application Fee. 

Candidates must check SAAT 2026 syllabus and exam pattern before they start exam preparation. The entrance exam syllabus is similar to NCERT Syllabus of Classes XI and XII. Rules of SAAT 2026 Exam

Candidates must check the following rules before appearing for SAAT 2026.

  • SAAT 2026 online exam will be conducted at the exam centres on the dates specified.
  • The medium of the exam is only English.
  • Candidates can enter the exam hall half an hour before the exam commences.
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the SAAT 2026 exam hall without a valid admit card and original ID proof submitted at the time of application.
  • Candidates must sit in the respective seats at least 15 minutes before the exam begins, strictly following the seating chart notified by the Centre Superintendent.
  • Candidates will not be allowed inside the hall after the SAAT exam starts.
  • Candidate must sign with their full signature in the Attendance Roll sheets provided by the Director (Admissions), against their Roll Numbers, 15 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
  • Candidates must not carry mobile phones, pagers, palm tops, Bluetooth devices, or any electronic device which has the potential of misuse in cheating or unauthorised communication during the examination.
  • At the registration desk, the identity of the candidate will be verified, the SAAT 2026 Hall Ticket will be scanned, photograph will be captured. For rough work, a blank sheet will be provided. All rough work needs to be done on a blank sheet only.
  • No candidate will be allowed to leave the hall until the exam is over.
  • Candidates are not permitted to talk to each other in the exam hall
  • Malpractice in any form detected during or after the examination will lead to not only cancellation of candidature but also more severe punishment as deemed fit by the SAAT 2026 committee.
  • A candidate wishing to say anything must stand up in the seat and remain standing till the invigilator attends. Candidates must not, in any case, leave the seat or make any noise to draw the invigilator’s attention.
  • In any other matter not mentioned in these rules, the Centre Superintendent is empowered to take necessary decisions.

Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for SAAT 2026 exam?
A: 

The SAAT 2026 eligibility criteria are published on the official site of the  Shiksha 'O' Anusandhan. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before submitting the final SAAT 2026 application form. Brief eligibility criteria are given below; 

  • Passed Class 12 from a recognised Board with Physics and Mathematics as the main subjects along with any one of the following Chemistry /Biology /Biotechnology /Informatics /Information Technology /Computer Science /Statistics /Technical Vocational subject.   

  • Candidates should have scored 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates).

SAAT 2026 Counselling

Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan will conduct SAAT 2026 counselling online. Candidates have to register separately for the SAAT counselling process. All SAAT-qualified candidates will participate in the SAAT 2026 counselling process. Candidates will need the following documents during the SAAT 2026 counselling process:  

  • SAAT Scorecard or JEE Main rank card  
  • Class 10 Mark sheet and Certificate  
  • Class 12 Mark sheet and Certificate  
  • Transfer Certificate or School/College Leaving Certificate (in original)  
  • Migration Certificate in original (if available).  
  • PH certificate (if applicable)  
  • Five colour passport-size photograph  
  • A demand draft of the requisite fee in favour of "Siksha O Anusandhan University" payable at Bhubaneswar.

Q:   When will the counseling process for SAAT begin?

Siksha 'O' Anusandhan will commence the SAAT counselling 2026 online at the official website. The exam authority will start the counselling process after the declaration of the results. Applicants need to fill out the SAAT branch allotment form to participate in the SAAT counselling process. Candidates are advised to keep track of all the dates related to the counselling process of SAAT 2026.

Q:   Who can participate in the SAAT counselling?

Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan will commence the SAAT counselling online at the official website. Applicants declared qualified based on the results will be eligible to participate in the SAAT counselling process. Applicants will be called for the counselling process as per the merit list prepared by authorities based on results. Candidates are advised to have all documents ready before appearing in the SAAT counselling process.

Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan conducts SAAT counselling after the declaration of the results. Candidates appearing in the SAAT counselling process have to carry the documents given below at the time of admission.

  • PH certificate (if applicable)  

  • Migration Certificate in original (if available).
