KMAT Kerala Application Form 2026: Release Date, Registration Link, Fees, Process

KMAT Kerala registration includes:

Registration

• Go to KMAT Kerala website
• Click on K-MAT 2026 - Online Application
• Now click New Registration 
• Fill details such as name, date of birth, gender, category, and email ID.
• Click on Submit
• An application number and password will be generated after registration. These can be used as login detail for future reference.

Filling the KMAT Kerala application form

• Visit KMAT Kerala website.
• Login using the application number, password and access code.
• Students will be redirected to the KMAT Kerala application form.
• Fill details such as name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, age, address, etc.
• Click on Save and Continue

Fee payment

• Students can pay the application fee online only using a debit card or credit card or net banking. Offline payments will not be accepted.
• After successfully paying the application fee take a printout of the fee receipt

Document upload

• Upload a live photograph and a coloured passport sized photograph.
• Upload digitally scanned signatures.

Profile verification

Verify the details filled before submitting the KMAT Kerala application form. Students can choose the edit button if any changes are to be made to the KMAT Kerala application form 2026. Once the details are verified, click Confirm Application Details and finally take a printout of the KMAT Kerala registration form.

KMAT Kerala 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The KMAT Kerala eligibility criteria 2026 is as follows:

• Candidates must have graduated (a three-year bachelor's degree) from a recognised university in any discipline. 

• Candidates must have obtained the stipulated aggregate of all subjects by the respective universities that they wish to apply to in their final year qualifying degree exam.

• Candidates who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply; however, they must provide their Graduation certificate at the time of admission as proof of qualification.

• There is no upper or lower age limit mentioned for appearing in KMAT Kerala.

• Candidates in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply.

Following documents will be required for KMAT Kerala registration:

• Scanned copy of passport-size photograph
• Scanned copy of signatures
• Class 10, 12 and graduation marksheet
• Valid ID proof
• Caste certificate
• Live Photograph

KMAT Kerala Live Photo Capture

Students have to upload a passport size photograph along with a live photograph. Students must capture a live photograph during the application process. Two options are available for photo capture. These are:

Option 1: Live Photo Capture Using Mobile Phone 

• After filling the complete KMAT Kerala application form and making the payment, students have to click Open Camera option under Upload Images menu
• The mobile camera will open automatically and students should place their face within the frame. 
• Click Capture Photo and review photo if it is clear and correct, and submit 

Option 2: Photo Capture Using Desktop/Laptop (via QR Code) 

• After filling complete KMAT Kerala application form and making fee payment, students have to click Upload Image option on laptop screen
• A QR code will be displayed which can be scanned using phone camera, and students will be redirected to photo capture page on mobile device.
• Enter Application Number and Password
• Click Open Camera and allow camera access when prompted. Capture the photograph and submit it

Candidates must keep following points in mind when filling KMAT Kerala application form:

• Fill all fields of the KMAT Kerala application carefully with valid information. Do not leave mandatory fields empty.
• Before submitting application form, review all information entered.
• A wrong or incomplete KMAT Kerala 2026 application form will not be accepted.
• Take a printout of confirmation letter, fee receipt and KMAT Kerala application form once the application fee has been paid. If you do not receive the confirmation form, immediately contact the exam authorities.

KMAT Kerala 2026 form correct window is opened for a limited time. Students can make corrections to the details entered in the application form in this window. To make corrections:

• Applicants need to login using their Application Number, Password and Access Code and file complaints
• They can correct the application forms by sending an email to the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations when the correction window opens. Candidates must send an email to ceekinfo@cee.kerala.gov.in
• No corrections or complaints will be acknowledged beyond the stipulated time and complaints cannot be filed through fax or post. 
• To make corrections in the signatures and photograph uploaded, students can click menu item Memo Details and re-upload a clear photograph or signature.

Those who have paid the application fee but have not uploaded photographs and signatures can also do the same in this phase.
