Can I change the CUET exam centre allotted to me?

On release of the CUET city intimation slip and CUET admit card, no request for change in exam centre will be entertained. Allotment of candidates to the Shift will be based on the options exercised and technical and administrative considerations. CUET 2026 admit cards will be issued for each shift based on the components opted by candidates. No request for change of date/shift will be entertained. To appear for CUET UG exam, candidates must make sue to follow the below mentioned dress code: Candidates must not wear long sleeve clothes. How is CUET exam centre allocated?

CUET exam centre is allocated on the basis of the preferences entered by the candidate while filling the CUET application form. NTA allotes exam centre as per the preference entered and is subject to availability and logistical consideration. While filling the CUET application form, candidates can select four cities of their choice. Choice of CUET exam centre cities will be limited to the State of permanent address or State of present address only. In case there are very few candidates from a city, the NTA reserves the right to merge one, two, or more cities. If there is a mistake or an error on the CUET admit card, candidates are advised to contact the officials immediately well before the CUET exam. They must ensure that the changes are done at the earliest and the rectified CUET UG 2026 admit card is issued before the exam day. In case the candidate name or its spelling and photograph does not match with that of the photo identity card, then candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre. Hence, test takers must crosscheck the CUET 2026 admit card and ensure the accuracy before leaving for the exam centre. Prior to visiting the exam centre, candidates must ensure that the correct details are printed on the admit card, otherwise it may result in the cancellation of the candidature. CUET UG 2026 Admit Card: The National Testing Agency will release CUET UG hall ticket for candidates who have registered for exam. The link to download the CUET admit card 2026 will be activated at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA will conduct CUET UG 2026 exam from May 11 to May 31. The admit card is expected to release by May 08, 2026. Before the release of CUET admit cards, candidates will be issued the intimation slips. The CUET UG 2026 intimation slip will be released 10 days before exam date and will mention the exam city details.
