Yes, NTA has released the JEE Main session 1 admit card for this date. The admit card for the remaining exam dates - January 28 and 29 will be out in due course.

No, JEE Main is not mandatory for Techno Bengal Institute of Technology admissions. Students can instead appear for the WBJEE exam. The institute considers both entrance tests. Students can visit the Techno Bengal Institute of Technology website for more details.
