NTA has released the JEE Mai AIR 1 Topper 2026 name. The complete list of AIR 1 to 10 JEE Main 2026 can be checked on this page and the website jeemain.nta.nic.in. A total of 26 candidates have scored perfect 100 percentile score in JEE Mains 2026. There is no female with 100 percentile in JEE Mains 2026.

The National Testing Agency has announced JEE Main 2026 result session 2 today. JEE Main 2026 toppers list is also available now. The name of AIR 1 to 10 JEE Main 2026 is provided on this page.

JEE Main Toppers 2026 AIR 1 to 10 Name

JEE Main Toppers 2026 AIR 1 to 10: The NTA has announced JEE Main Air 1 topper 2026. Kabeer Chillar from Rajasthan is the topper of JEE Main 2026 with All India Rank 1. A total of 26 candidates have scored perfect 100 percentile in JEE Mains. There is no female candidate in JEE Main 2026 with perfect 100 NTA score. The details about JEE Main 2026 AIR 1 to 10 name and marks is available below in this page. 

The result of JEE Mains 2026 session 2 was announced on April 20. NTA activated the JEE Main result 2026 link session 2 in the website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download JEE Main session 2 scorecard 2026 from the website using their application number and date of birth. The scorecard have details about candidates All India Rank (AIR) in JEE Main. The NTA has also released a separate list of JEE Main toppers 2026 state wise, category-wise and female toppers.

Q:   Will there be any break in JEE Main 2026 exam?

JEE Main exam is held for 3 hours continuously without any break. Candidates are allowed to leave exam hall only after 3 hours of the test are over.

Q:   Where can I find important study materials for JEE Mains preparation?

Students can check details about JEE Main important chapter and topics from this page. While it is necessary that students pay special attention to chapters with high weightage, it is highly advised that they cover the full JEE Mains syllabus. The question paper of JEE Main is prepared by considering the entire JEE syllabus which consists of topics from Physics Chemistry and Mathematics from class 11 and 12. Important study material for JEE Main like books or short notes can be checked online. Students who are taking coaching can get the study materials from the coaching institutes.
Q:   How is JEE Main conducted, online or offline?
A: 

JEE Main exam is conducted in online mode as a computer based test. This is conducted in 3 different courses. The exam for B.Tech and B. Plan is completely online while the exam for B.Arch is partially online and drawing part is conducted offline.

Q:   How many times JEE Main is conducted in a year?
A: 

National Testing Agency generally conducts the JEE Main exam two times in a year. The first attempt is conducted in January and the second attempt in April. JEE Main 2026 exam dates have been announced by the NTA for both sessions. The first attempt of JEE Main 2026 will be conducted from January 21 to 30 while the second attempt will be conducted from April 2 to 9. Only in the year 2022, NTA conducted JEE Mains in four sessions due to COVID-19. The number of sessions and date for any year is announced by the NTA at the time of release of application form.

JEE Main Toppers Mark 2026 Out of 300

The NTA do not disclose the JEE Main toppers marks out of 300. The result/scorecard of JEE Mains will only have details of normalized NTA score and percentile score of all three subjects. However, candidates can calculate their marks out of 300 using the JEE Main final answer key and response sheet.

"It is to be noted that 100 percentile does not mean that the candidate have scored full 300 marks. 100 percentile of a candidate means that the candidate has scored the highest mark in that particular shift in which he/she appeared."

National Testing Agency conducts JEE Main exam in a total of 13 languages. The languages in which paper is conducted are Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu in addition to Hindi English and Gujarati. Students can select the language of their choice from the available options while filling the application form. The language of JEE Main question paper during the exam will be available in 3 languages- English Hindi and the language selected by the candidates. The language of paper can be switched among these 3 languages during the exam.

Q:   Are calculators allowed inside exam centre in JEE Main exam?
A: 

Students are not allowed to carry calculators inside the exam centre in JEE Main exam. Students can use the virtual calculator available on the screen during the exam. Virtual calculators will be available on the computer screen of students during the JEE Main exam.

How is JEE Main Toppers List Prepared?

The topper list of JEE Main is prepared by the NTA. While preparing the list, the highest NTA score (percentile) of candidates, among the two sessions is considered. If any candidate appeared only in one session, their best score will be from that particular session only. The JEE Main rank list is announced along with session 2 result.

JEE Main Tie Breaker Rule for Topper List Preparation

In case two or more candidates gets same percentile score, the NTA uses JEE Main 2026 tie-breaker policy discussed below to arrive at the rank

  1. Highest percentile in Mathematics
  2. Highest percentile in Physics
  3. Highest percentile in Chemistry
  4. Lower ratio of incorrect to correct answers of all subjects combined
  5. Lower ratio of incorrect to correct answers in Math, then Physics, then Chemistry
  6. If a tie persists, candidates receive a joint rank

Q:   In how many shifts JEE Main exam is conducted?
A: 

JEE Main exam is in two shifts each day. First shift is from 9 am to 12 noon and second shift is from 3 pm to 5 pm. Exam is conducted over a period of 5-6 days. In total JEE Main has 10-12 shifts per session. Each session has different question paper set. The exam is for 3 hours.

Q:   Where can I check JEE Main 2026 exam date?

Candidates can check the allotted JEE Mains 2026 exam date on their JEE admit card and also on the city intimation slip.

Q:   What is JEE Main dress code for boys and girls?
A: 

NTA has not issued any strict guidelines on what to wear and what to avoid. NTA has only stated that shoes with a thick sole and garments with large buttons are not allowed.

Also, Sikh candidates are allowed to carry religious or customary attire such as a Kara or Kirpan.

In 2026, NTA is conducting JEE Main 2026 in 315 cities in India and 15 cities abroad.

The cutoff of JEE Main 2026 has been announced along with the session 2 result. Candidates who score marks above the JEE Main cutoff 2026 are eligible to appear in JEE Adv 2026 for admission to IITs.

The East Point Group of Institutions accepts many exams for the BE course. The accepted exams are JEE Main, COMEDK, and KCET. Students can appear in any of these exams to get admission at EPGI. Students need to fulfil the eligibility criteria as well.

With 57.8 percentile in JEE Main and 73% boards, getting CSE/AI in top government colleges is unlikely. But you still have good chances in private colleges through UPTAC/AKTU or direct admission.
