Q:   What is CRL in JEE Main Cutoff?

CRL stands for the Common Rank List. NTA releases the cutoff in several categories one of which is CRL. Basically, CRL means unreserved category. Candidates belonging to unreserved category need to have JEE Main cutoff equal to or more than the CRL cutoff. The other categories for which cutoff is released are Gen-EWS, Open-PwD, OBC-NCL, SC and ST.

The top 2.5 lakh candidates who qualify for the JEE Advanced would comprise students from unreserved as well as reserved categories. The exam conducting authority will publish the raw score obtained by a candidate in JEE Main as well as the corresponding percentile score. DIT University BTech admissions are not possible without the JEE Main scores. DIT Institute Dehradun admission to courses other than the BTech is based on merit & entrance test scores. The accepted entrance exams are MAT, XAT,  CAT, CMAT,  UKSEE, etc.
