Candidates whose images in application form are not as per the specifications mentioned by the NTA can upload new photo and signature by login on the official website.
The Facility to make corrections in image uploaded in JEE Main Application form 2021 has been reopened. Candidates who want to make any changes in the photograph or signature uploaded by them in the application form can login on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in for making the changes. The image has to be strictly in accordance to the dimension prescribed by the NTA. It is to be informed that correction facility is available only for the images not not in any other particulars of JEE Main 2021 application form.
The NTA had earlier opened the correction facility from August 9 to 11 for making changes in details as well as images. The service has been reopened to facilitate students make necessary changes in their filled application form and avoid rejections of form. Candidates should know that application form with incorrect/inappropriate information or images are liable to get rejected and thus it is advised that students check their images and upload new ones, if required.

How to Make Changes in Image
The link to make corrections in image is available on the official website. Candidates who want to make the changes can follow the step by step guide given below
Step 1- Open the JEE Main 2021 official website
Step 2- Click on “Image Correction JEE Main 2021” link
Step 3- Login using application form number and date of birth
Step 4- Go to Edit Image Section
Step 5- Upload new image as per the prescribed specification
Step 6- Click on Submit button
After the form is submitted, download and take a printout of the filled application form of JEE Main 2021. Students must keep safe the form until the completion of admission process.

Important Instructions for Uploading Image

Photograph should be coloured/black & white (clear contrast) with name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph printed on it

Photograph should not have the candidate wearing a cap or sunglasses

Spectacles are allowed

Polaroid photos are not acceptable

Application with an unclear photograph will be rejected

Candidates are advised to keep 6-8 identical photographs for all future purposes including the seat allocation and admission process
JEE Main 2021 session 4 will be conducted on August 26, 27, 31 and September 1, 2. JEE Main admit card 2021 is expected to be released anytime soon. Admit card will be available online on the official website.
