JEE Main 2021: JEE Aspirants from rain effected areas of Maharashtra to get another chance for exam

New exam dates for the re-conduct of JEE Main 2021 for rain effected areas will be notified soon by the NTA.
The National Testing Agency has announced that candidates who were unable to appear in JEE Main 2021 session 3 exam on July 20 and 22 due to heavy rain and landslides in Maharashtra will be given another chance to appear in the exam. New JEE Main 2021 exam dates for all such candidates will be announced soon.
NTA has notified that candidates who were having their JEE Main 2021 session 3 examination centres in the cities of Kolhapur, Palghar, Ratnagiri, Raigadh, Sindhudurg, Sangli, and Satara but could not reach the exam centres due to heavy rain and landslide will be provided another opportunity to appear in the exam.

Students with examination centres in these cities, who may not be in a position to appear for the exam on 25 and 27 July 2021 need not panic as they will also be given another opportunity to appear in the exam, and the dates for the same will be announced soon by the NTA.
Several districts in Maharashtra is witnessing heavy rain and landslide from the past few days. Students who were residing or were having their examination centres in these areas were not able to reach the examination centres. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has also tweeted about providing another opportunity to students of rain effected areas.
