No, you can not secure admission to SVNIT Surat Btech programme without JEE Main clearance. JEE Main counselling- SVNIT BTech College level seats are provided on the basis of rank and preference of candidates as per Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). It is therefore a mandatory requirement to be eligible to qualify JEE Main.

Candidates who have a valid score in the JEE Advanced and JEE Main exams are eligible for both the BTech and BTech+Mtech degree at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology.
