- Then fill your name as mentioned in the Class 10th mark sheet or certificate
- Fill your parents’ name in the given space
- Mention your date of birth same as mentioned in the Class 10th mark sheet or certificate
- Fill Gender (Male/Female)
- Mention the caste category (UR/OBC/SC/ST)
- Fill the qualifying exam details such as passing year, aggregate percentage, name of the board, etc.
- Upload passport size photograph in the given space
- After that, pay the application fee which is INR 700.
- Submit the application form.
