IIM Calcutta conducted CAT 2024 Slot 2 on November 24, 2024, from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. The Quantitative Aptitude section had 22 questions to be attempted in 40 minutes. The section included 14 MCQs and eight TITA questions.
CAT 2024 Slot 2 QA was rated moderate. Arithmetic had the highest number of questions, followed by Algebra. Questions were also asked from Number System, Modern Math and Geometry.

There is no difference between slot 1, 2 and 3 of CAT exam paper in terms of structure and patten. The sectional break up, marking scheme and time limit are the same in all slots. However, due to unique sets of questions in each slot leads to difference in difficulty levels. There is usually a slight difference in the CAT question papers of different slots. Sometimes, topic wise weightage of the questions also vary.
