TS ECET Application Form 2027: Steps to Fill Form, Documents, Fees

Osmania University will conduct the TS ECET registration. Candidates can submit the application form for TS ECET in online mode only. Moreover, students have to first pay the application fee in online mode to fill out their details. Check the detailed step-by-step process to fill the application form below.

Payment of Application Fee: Go to the website, ecet.tgche.ac.in. Open the TSCHE portal and click on 'Application Fee Payment'. To begin with, the payment of the application fee, students would be required to register first by providing their qualifying exam hall ticket number, name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID and category. Next, select your preferred fee payment mode. The TS ECET application fee can be paid via net banking/credit card/debit card. After the fee payment is done, the payment reference ID will be shown on the screen.

Application Fee Status: Once the application fee is paid, candidates have to check the TS ECET application fee status. To do so, students have to log in with their details. Applicants can proceed with the next stage only if their application fee has been paid successfully and the same is reflected in the fee status. For any discrepancy with fee payment and status, candidates are advised to visit their nearest branch office.

Filling the Application Form: Next, students can proceed to fill the TS ECET application form with the required personal, academic and contact details. Details required to be entered are:

• Parents'/Guardian's Name
• Gender of applicant
• Aadhar card number
• Annual family income
• Birthplace district and state
• Contact number
• Qualifying exam details
• Subject choice for TS ECET
• Exam centre preference (4 regional centres in order of preference)

Uploading of Document: Candidates then have to upload their scanned photographs and signatures as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities.

Submission of Application Form: After filling all the details, candidates have to submit the application form.

TS ECET 2027 Eligibility Criteria

Based on the previous year/s notification, the TS ECET eligibility criteria is given below:

• Candidates must be of Indian Nationality.
• Candidates should belong to the State of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. They should satisfy local/nonlocal status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974, as subsequently amended.
• Candidates should have obtained a Diploma in Engineering and Technology / Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other Diploma recognised by the Government of Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto for admission into the relevant BE / BTech/ BPharmacy Courses corresponding to the Diplomas.

• They should have passed the 3-year BSc Degree examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects in the group combination from a recognised University in the Telangana/Andhra Pradesh state or its equivalent for entry into relevant courses.
• Candidates who are pursuing a Diploma course under the sandwich pattern shall be eligible for entry into the relevant BE/BTech/BPharmacy courses provided they have completed the practical training for the sandwich course before the close of counselling for entry into the relevant course.
• Candidates should have passed a Diploma in Engineering and Technology / Pharmacy/ BSc (Mathematics) Degree as the case may be with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) for entry into relevant courses.

Eligibility for admission into BE/BTech/BPharm:

• For lateral admission into 2nd year regular BE / BTech Courses in both University and Un-Aided Private Professional institutions (Minority & non-Minority) approved by All India Council for Technical Education and
• For lateral admission into 2nd-year regular BPharmacy Course in both University and private Unaided professional institutions (Minority & Non-Minority) approved by the Pharmacy Council of India.
• Candidates should have appeared and qualified at the TS ECET 2027. Mere appearance at the Entrance Test does not automatically entitle a candidate to be considered for entry into any course unless the candidate satisfies the requirement of eligibility and other criteria laid down in the rules of admission.
• Admission to 85% of the seats in each course will be reserved for the local candidates and the remaining 15% of the seats shall be un-reserved seats as specified in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations and Admissions) Order, 1974 as subsequently amended.

Students have to fill in their details and upload certain documents to successfully submit the application form of TS ECET 2027. Candidates are advised to keep the following documents and information ready before filling out the TS ECET 2027 application form.

• Hall ticket Number of the Qualifying Examination (Diploma / Degree)
• Marks Memo./ Hall ticket number of Diploma / Degree
• Hall ticket No. of SSC or Equivalent examination Certificate
• The local candidate certificate issued by MRO or the competent authority
• Income certificate (Below 1 lakh / 1 lakh and above-below 2 lakhs / 2 lakhs and above)
• The Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority
• The Certificate issued by the competent authority
• Recent passport size colour photograph (maximum size 50KB, jpg/jpeg)
• Signature of the candidate (maximum size 30KB, jpg.jpeg)

• When filling out the TG ECET 2026 application form, candidates have to be careful while entering details from their qualifying exam hall ticket, identity proof, certificates and contact information.
• Ensure that the uploaded photograph and signature are as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities. Candidates have to upload a coloured passport-size photo in JPG/JPEG with a maximum size of 50 KB. For signature, the size limit is 30 KB.
• Applicants have to select four regional centres in order of preference. Allotment depends on both your choice and seat availability, so choose carefully.
• The system determines your local status (OU/AU/SVU) automatically based on the study details you provide. So ensure your 10th and Diploma/Degree study locations are entered accurately.

The TS ECET application form will not be accepted without the due fee payment. Candidates can pay the application fee in online mode through Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking and TSOnline centres. It is to be noted that the application fee for TS ECET 2027 is non-refundable. As per the last year's notification, the category-wise fee is given below.

The TS ECET application form correction will be conducted online. Applicants who made any errors in their application form will be able to edit their details through login. The form correction facility will be available for a limited time only. Moreover, only certain details can be edited through the TS ECET application form correction window. Thus students must fill the form carefully.
