Step 1- VTUEEE Registration 

Registration is the first stage of the application procedure. After successful registration, candidates will receive an SMS and an email on their registered mobile number and email address, respectively. The following information is important for registration.

• Name
• Mobile Number
• Email ID
• Date of Birth
• Selection of Program

Step 2- Fill the VTUEEE application form

After registration, candidates have to fill out the application form. The application form must contain valid details as the VTUEEE 2026 admit card will carry the same information. Hence, fill in the details in the application form very carefully. The application form will have four sections - personal details, educational details, communication details, and select program. A candidate will have to fill in the following information in the VTUEEE 2026 application form:

• Candidate's name
• Parent’s Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender (Male/Female)
• Religion
• Caste (General/OBC/SC/ST)
• Nationality
• Father’s occupation
• Mother’s occupation
• Annual Income
• Mother tongue
• Communication address and Permanent address with correct PIN code.
• Name of the qualifying exam board
• Name of the school or college
• Marks obtained
• Select the branch for study
• Select exam mode, exam center, and exam phase.

Step 3- Fee Payment

The application fee of the VTUEEE form is Rs.950/-. Pay the VTUEEE application fee online using a Debit card/ Credit card/ Net banking only.

Step 4- Upload Image

After filling the details in the application form, candidates will have to upload, his/her colored photo and signature in the prescribed format. Make sure that the file size of the photo and signature should not exceed 100 KB.

After uploading the image, the application process will be complete. Download the filled-in application form and keep it safe for further references.

• Send a Demand draft for Rs.950/- drawn in favor of “ Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology”, payable at Chennai, to The Director – UG Admission along with a requisition letter containing the full address of the applicant.

There is a provision to apply for Direct Admission without appearing in VTUEEE 2026. Candidates who will apply for direct admission will not sit for the examination. The link to register for direct admission will activate soon, and we will update the same on this page. First, a candidate will have to lock their seat by paying INR 24,0000/-. Further, follow the steps available below to complete the application procedure.

• Visit the official website.
• Register yourself by filling in the required details such as Personal Information, Academic details, etc.
• Upload your photo &signature and make sure the file size does not exceed 100 KB.
• Then make payment of the prescribed fee using Net Banking/Credit card/ Debit card & Paytm wallet.
• After successful payment, download the payment receipt.
• Take the printout of the filled-in application form for future reference.

VTUEEE Lateral Entry BTech Admission

Candidates who have participated in the National/State/District level sports can apply through the VTUEEE Sports Quota admission 2026. Such applicants are eligible for admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programs in Engineering/Media/Management. The University will conduct Sports Quota Selection trials, and the candidates will have to report to the Vel Tech campus along with testimonials, and State/National/International sports certificates. The dates of the Sports Quota Selection trials will be announced during the admission season.

VTUEEE 2026 Sports Quota Admission Rules

1. Candidates will get the benefit of the scholarship for the academic year 2026- 2026.
2. The benefits of the scholarship renew every consecutive year and it is based on the performance of a candidate.
3. At the selection trials, candidates will have to submit the testimonial certificate.
4. Open/Invitation tournaments will be considered.
5. For candidates who will be selected under the sports quota, practice sessions are mandatory for them.
6. The benefits of the scholarship will be terminated if any candidate would be irregular to the practice session.
